- Four things: birth either in good nation or in good family, janma; and aisvarya means wealth, richness; and sruta means education; and sri means beauty. So this is the consideration of material pious or impious
- From birth they are extremely powerful and cruel, and although they are proud of their strength, they are always defeated by the Sudarsana cakra of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who rules all the planetary systems

- The first statement in the Vedanta-sutra is athato brahma jijnasa: Now, having attained a human birth, one should inquire into Brahman, the Absolute Truth
