- The Srimad-Bhagavatam is one Purana. And in one Purana you find eighteen thousand verses, and each and every word is so meaningful that you study throughout your whole life, oh, still you'll find refreshed

- Vasudeva is the original Personality of Godhead, who has unlimited spiritual activities. Srimad-Bhagavatam is a record of such activities, and Bhagavad-gita is the record of Vasudeva speaking personally
- Vit means stool. Sva-vid-varaha-ustra. Ustra means camel, and khara means ass. So these grhamedhis they have been described as the sva, vid-varaha, ustra, khara. Bhagavata is very strong (laughs) in criticizing
- Vyasadeva made Vedanta-sutra, the ultimate knowledge, and he made his comment also, natural commentary. That is Srimad-Bhagavatam

- We have to maintain two lines parallel; namely the path of Srimad-Bhagavatam and the path of Pancaratriki. Srimad-Bhagavatam is the path for Paramahamsas, and Pancaratra path is for the neophytes
- We should not jump. First of all we should read Bhagavad-gita very carefully. Try to understand Krsna, what is Krsna. Then we shall be fit to understand what is Bhagavatam
