- It should be noted also that while Suniti was going to Vaikunthaloka she also changed her body into spiritual form. Like Sri Suniti, every mother should train her child to become a devotee like Dhruva Maharaja

L

- Like a dress, when it is torn, when it is too old, you have to change it. Similarly, when this body becomes useless, no more, it cannot be pulled on any more, you take another body
M

- The body is changing. Not only year after year, but at every second the body is changing. Still, you are situated there. This is very simple to understand. And because the body is there, we are suffering
- The body is sometimes child and sometimes boy, sometimes young man, sometimes old man. So the body is changing. - Who cannot understand this?
- The body is the representation of all these factors, and there are changes of the body, which are six in number: the body is born, it grows, it stays, it produces by-products, then begins to decay, and at the last stage it vanishes. BG 1972 purports

- The change of body is enacted by the reactions of the three modes of nature
- The change of body is taking place at every moment, but that does not mean that we are improving from the fetal condition of life to a more comfortable condition. The best thing is, therefore, to develop Krsna consciousness
- The change of body means a change to a different field of activities. Similarly, when the body of the boy changes into that of a youth, the boyish activities change into youthful activities
- The change of the bodily construction of a worm into that of a butterfly and, in modern medical science, the conversion of a man's body into that of a woman (or vice versa) are more or less dependent on psychological changes
- The change of the gross body is not very important, but the change of the subtle body is important. The Krsna consciousness movement is educating people to enlighten the subtle body
- The changes of the body do not affect the soul. The soul does not deteriorate like a tree, nor anything material. The soul has no by-product either. BG 1972 purports
- The child is changing body to boy. The boy is changing his body to youth. But young man does not like to change his body to old age. Rather, the old man wants to come back to his youthful ages
- The childhood body is changed to the youthful body, and the childhood body is gone. Similarly, when the boyhood body is gone, you'll have to accept a body like mine, an old man's body
- The fact is that he (a man who is materially advanced) is soul. He has to change this body. That they have forgotten, and making big, big plan
- The first instruction given by the Lord in BG (2.13): As the embodied soul continually passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. The self-realized soul is not bewildered by such a change

- The individual soul finally changes the body itself in transmigrating from one to another. And since it is sure to have another body in the next birth, either material or spiritual, there was no cause for lamentation by Arjuna on account of death
- The influence of transcendental devotional service is like that. Therefore change of the body means stoppage of the reaction of three qualitative modes of material nature upon the pure devotee. There are many instances of this in the revealed scriptures
- The laws of nature control this sequence (of change of body), and therefore as long as the living entity is under the control of the external, material energy, the process of bodily change takes place automatically, according to one's fruitive activities
- The liberated living beings, who associate with the Lord in person, are also exactly like the Lord. Only the conditioned souls awaiting liberation are subjected to change of bodies

- The living entities, who are struggling in this world with the mind and five senses, have their material bodies which are changing as long as the living entities are conditioned. BG 1972 purports
- The living entity actually passes through many varieties of material forms, but despite all such changes of body, he is eternal
- The living entity changes his body as soon as the higher authorities decide on his next body. As long as a living entity is conditioned within this material world, he must take material bodies one after another
- The living entity changes his body in the material world, but even when the Lord is in the material world, He is ever unchanged. That is His prerogative
- The living entity is described as isvara (in BG 15.8), the controller of his own body. If he likes, he can change his body to a higher grade, and if he likes he can move to a lower class. Minute independence is there. BG 1972 purports
- The living entity is within the body & that the body is changing from childhood to boyhood & from boyhood to youth & from youth to old age, and the person who owns the body knows that the body is changing. BG 1972 purports
- The living entity is within the material world to fulfill the mission of going back home, back to Godhead. In the material world, one hankers for happiness, but because one does not know the ultimate destination, one changes bodies one after another
- The Lord is different from the living entities who are taking birth and dying due to material attachment. The conditional souls are changing their bodies, but His body is not changeable. BG 1972 purports
- The Lord says that He appears in His own body. He does not change His body, as the common living entity changes from one body to another. BG 1972 purports

- The simple truth is that although life is eternal, in this material world one changes from one body to another. Foolish people, especially in this age, do not understand this simple truth
- The small child, is dancing. Now, that child will get the body of a young man like you. Everyone knows it. This body will change. Where is the difficulty?
- The so-called material advancement is not the solution because God is eternal, we are eternal, and in the material condition we are changing our body

- The soul is eternal and the body is changing. That is explained in this Bhagavad-gita. Most of you are well known to this book, Bhagavad-gita. It is widely read book all over the world
- The soul is permanent, and only the body has changed. This is a very easy thing to understand. And the last change of this body is death
- The soul is within the body, the body is changing. And as soon as this body... Just like you are old man, I am old man, the body is no more possible to be changed; somehow or other then I'll have to accept another body. That is called transmigration
- The soul, from the monkey's body is coming to human body, not that the monkey's body is changing into human body
- The soul, however, does not go through such changes (the six kinds of transformations the body is subjected to). The soul is not born, but, because he takes on a material body, the body takes its birth. BG 1972 purports
- The spirit soul transmigrates even in the duration of one life as the body changes
- The spirit soul, as he's existing within this body in spite of all changes, similarly the spirit soul will continue to exist even after the final change of this body. This simple truth. Try to understand this
- The spiritual body is within the material body. The material body is changing, going through childhood, youth, then old age, and then it vanishes
- The spiritual world is eternal. The material world is temporary. We are spirit soul. We are eternal. Therefore our business is to go back to the spiritual world, not that we remain in the material world and change body from bad to worse
- The standard of living of a human being and the standard of living of an animal, different. As the body changes, the standard of living also changes. Therefore, they are not eternal. They are not eternal
- The subtle body's activities - be they pious or impious - create another situation for the living entity to enjoy or suffer in the next gross body. Thus the subtle body continues whereas the gross bodies change one after another
- The Supersoul reminds him (the individual soul) to act in such a way. Therefore although there is apparently a change in the gross body, there is a continuation between the lives of an individual soul
- The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna, is not subjected to such changes of body, and one who thinks otherwise is considered a fool - avajananti mam mudha manusim tanum asritam

- There is no doubt at all that one can attain the supreme spiritual planet, Goloka Vrndavana, without change of body
- There is no endurance of the changing body. That the body is changing every moment by the actions and reactions of the different cells is admitted by modern medical science; and thus growth and old age are taking place in the body. BG 1972 purports
- There is nothing to be very sorry for. According to Bhagavad-gita your father has not died, he has changed his body
- There was no cause for lamentation by Arjuna on account of death, neither for Bhisma or for Drona, for whom he was so much concerned. Rather, he should rejoice for their changing bodies from old to new ones, thereby rejuvenating their energy. BG 1972 pur
- There was no question (for Arjuna) of attainment of the association of the Lord by another change of body under the influence of time and space
- They (devotees of God) will simply change their material bodies for spiritual bodies. Unlike the demons, they no longer have to change material bodies. The Lord, therefore, is simultaneously death and immortality
- They (modern age people) don’t believe in the next life, although practically we see, every moment you are changing bodies. So on the whole, lokasya ajanatah, they do not know what is the value of life. This is the position

- This conclusion (body changes like the seasonal changes) is very logical, it is supported by the sastra, the Vedic literature, and it is also affirmed by the greatest authority, Krsna Himself. Therefore why should we not accept it
- This corresponds to the beginning of Lord Krsna's instructions in Bhagavad-gita. Tatha dehantara-praptih: (BG 2.13) within this material world, one is simply meant to change from one body to another in different planetary systems
- This gross body and subtle body is changing according to the change of the situation. So when you remain in your spiritual body, that is eternal. Therefore to keep in spiritual body is to accept devotional service
- This is a fact, that the soul is there, but body is changing. Therefore the natural conclusion should be that when we leave this body, I take another body. There is no difficulty to understand this reasonable proposition of Bhagavad-gita
- This is a natural cycle (changing body one after another) of this material world. It is similar to changes of season
- This is also very difficult to become brahma-bhutah. We are now jiva-bhutah, but people are not interested to become brahma-bhutah or devotee of Krsna. They are interested to continue this material way of life, changing the body. They do not know
- This is real knowledge that, "I am not this body. I am changing my body. And when I shall finally change this body I will get another body." This is my position. Tatha dehantara-praptih
- This is solution, Krsna consciousness. Krsna says, janma karma me divyam: "This is My appearance on this material world, how God appears." Ajo 'pi sann avyayatma. Nobody takes birth. Even we do not take birth; we simply change body. What to speak of God
- This is the beginning of education, that you are a spirit soul. Because you are spirit soul you are changing body. This is the understanding, beginning A-B-C-D
- This is the beginning of the Bhagavad-gita, when the preliminary knowledge of the soul is there. And you will find that there are only a few who can understand the existence of the soul as permanent, and of the body as changeable
- This is the proof. There is no difficulty to understand. As I am still living, in spite of my changing childhood body, babyhood body, boyhood body, youthhood body, so naturally it should be concluded when I give up this body
- This is very simple thing, that "I am simply changing body. Then what is my real position?" This is intelligent. When a man comes to this position or this platform, to inquire, "Actually what I am?" that is beginning of human life
- This material body doesn't endure eternally, everything in relation with this temporary body, such as the wife, children, society and country, changes along with the change of body. This is called samsara or repetition of birth, death, old age & disease
- This means that He never dies. Forgetfulness is due to death. As we die, we change our bodies and forget. Krsna, however, is never forgetful. He can remember everything that has happened in the past
- Those who want to live forever without changing their material bodies should not waste valuable time with topics other than those relating to Lord Krsna and His devotees

- Unfortunately, we are now prisoners in this material world, and we presently have material bodies. These bodies are changing. Sometimes they are young and sometimes old
- Unlike the bodily changes, there is no change in the soul. As eternally unchangeable, the soul remains atomic in comparison to the infinite Supreme Soul. The Supreme Soul is infinite, and the atomic soul is infinitesimal. BG 1972 purports
- Upon attaining love of God, a person immediately becomes immortal and no longer has to change his material body
- Usually, we do not see any difference between the body of a child and the body of a boy or young man because we know that these changes are due to the action of the time factor. There is cause for fear for a person who does not know how time acts
V
- Very nice example. We are changing bodies. When you were born, there was no beard - clean shaved or no hair. So that body has changed. It is not the same body. In which body you came out of the womb of your mother, that was a small body
- Vidura, was astonished how powerful is the urge to continue life. This sense of continuing one's life indicates that a living being is eternally a living entity and does not want to change his bodily habitation
W
- We are changing bodies every moment - that is a medical fact. After leaving this body, we will have to accept another body. How are we going to accept that body? What kind of body? This can also be known
- We are changing of the different body, but it is taking place so quickly and so, imperceptibly by Krsna's energy. The machine is so nice that we are thinking that it is growing
- We are changing this body on account of presence of this life. In this way there are so many so-called scholars of Bhagavad-gita, they do not understand even the first lesson actually. Asmin dehe. Dehino 'smin yatha dehe
- We are eternal, we are existing, and on account of impurity we have got this material body, but it is subjected to the laws of material nature, and we have to change one after another. This is pravrtti-marga
- We are experiencing in our this life. It is taking change so swiftly that we cannot understand how the body is changing, but it is changing. So similarly, this body will change, tatha dehantara-praptih
- We are in this apartment; we go to another apartment. Tatha dehantara-praptih (BG 2.13). Similarly, nobody dies. It is change of body, from this body to another body. So we have no death. This is illusion
- We are passing through many varieties of life, and this human form of life is a good chance to get out of this chain of changing body one after another
- We are seeing so many children, and if you come some years after, his father says, "This is the same child," you will be surprised "Oh!" Because he has changed body. You will say, - Oh, you have become so big
