- A conditioned soul considers property for which he is in debt to be his own, and he is very busy acquiring such property. But a devotee considers such property not real property but simply an entanglement in the material world
- A conditioned soul may be very good and act in the mode of goodness, but still he is conditioned under the spell of material nature

- How can one expect real knowledge from such conditioned souls? There is no possibility of receiving actual knowledge from them
I
- I am different from my soul. "I am" means I am my body, or I am soul, different from the body. So Krsna has no such differentiation. A conditioned soul does not know that, because he's not following Krsna
- If the conduct of the pure devotee crosses the lines of ordinary morality it is because he acts on the plan of Absolute Morality which is not known to the conditioned soul and cannot therefore be imitated
- If we want something, we conditioned soul, we have to work very hard for it. But Krsna, He can by simply will, He can create the whole universe. So why should He work? Na tasya karyam karanam ca . . . this is the Vedic information

- O Supreme Personality of Godhead, all contradictions can be reconciled in You. Since You are the Supreme Person, the reservoir of unlimited spiritual qualities, the supreme controller, Your unlimited glories are inconceivable to the conditioned souls
- Of course all energies are His, and He does not make distinctions between spiritual energy and material energy, but for the conditioned soul who is situated marginally between material energy and spiritual energy, there is a distinction
- Of course nothing is possible without the sanction of the Supreme Will of Sri Krishna but still man-made laws must have defects as the lawmakers are deficient in four primary principles of a conditioned soul

- People in general do not even understand that this world is miserable for the conditioned soul. Neither are they very interested in the Kingdom of God. They want to make this miserable world as the Kingdom of God without God

- Sanandana said, "The personified Vedas sing, 'This cosmic manifestation, made of the three material qualities, is just like a prison house for the conditioned souls'"

- The Absolute Truth will remain inconceivable to them (the conditioned souls) because a materialistic person cannot measure the length and breadth of the Supreme Personality of Godhead's unlimited existence
- The atheist Kapila is a descendant of the dynasty of Agni and is one of the conditioned souls
- The business is: "They are claiming all kinds of sinful conditioned souls." Their only business is. Because in this age, Kali-yuga, you cannot find any perfectly pious man or saintly person. Everyone is addicted to so many sinful activities

- The entire Vedic way of ritualistic performances is to put every conditioned soul on the path of piety
- The eternal pastimes of the Lord in the spiritual planet Krsnaloka are called aprakata, or unmanifested, pastimes because they are beyond the purview of the conditioned souls

- The Lord has made it convenient for the conditioned soul to live in Mathura, Vrndavana & Navadvipa and thus be directly connected with the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Simply by living in these places, one can immediately come in contact with the Lord
- The Lord is not a part of the material creation, but is beyond the creation. Therefore, not only does He control the conditioned souls through His external energy, but He also controls the external energy itself
- The Lord is the father of all living entities because He impregnates material energy with the conditioned souls. The conditioned souls get bodies created by the material energy, whereas the father of the living entities is aloof from the three modes
- The Lord left in His own body; He did not leave His body as is generally misunderstood by the conditioned souls. This statement defeats the false propaganda of the faithless nondevotees that the Lord passed away like an ordinary conditioned soul
- The Lord says, My dear friend, you and I are not different. This nondifference refers to qualitative oneness, for it was not necessary for the Paramatma, the Supreme Personality, to remind the conditioned soul that he is not one in quantity
- The material world is created at certain intervals and then again destroyed. This creation and destruction is done by the supreme will because of the conditioned souls, or the nitya-baddha living beings
- The mind of the householder who is a conditioned soul is always disturbed by the threefold miseries of material life
- The number of ever-liberated souls is far, far greater than the number of conditioned souls in the material world, and the ever-liberated souls in the Vaikuntha planets never care to visit this miserable material world

- We are all conditioned souls, suffering the threefold miseries of this material world. Now the Supreme Lord is giving us the opportunity to escape these miseries by the surrendering process
- We are weak, and the material energy is very strong, so to adopt spiritual life is more or less declare war against the material energy. The material, the illusory energy, she is trying to curb this conditioned soul as far as possible
- We generally have the experience of the temporary, material world and conditioned souls trying to lord it over the material worlds
- We have no knowledge of Krsna, conditioned soul. Therefore for our understanding, He is so merciful, He descends as arca-murti. This Deity which we are worshiping, that is called arcavatara, incarnation of arca
- We make a great mistake if we accept Lord Caitanya as a conditioned soul. He is to be understood as the Supreme Absolute Truth, the Personality of Godhead, Sri Krsna Himself
- When the conditioned soul finds by culture of knowledge that material necessities are unwanted things, he becomes detached from such unwanted things. This stage of knowledge is called vairagya

- Yah devi, he is situated, keeping the conditioned souls in dream. He is simply dreaming, "I'll be happy in this way, I'll be happy in that way." And that is mental concoction. He'll be never be happy
- You are conditioned soul. You cannot go. You are thinking, "I have got now, discovered this." It is not discovered. The aeroplane was long, long ago. So you cannot go. That is our conditional life
