- Even if he (a devotee) has got great amount of wealth, good qualification, everything, he thinks that, - These things are Krsna's. I am His servant. I have got the opportunity to serve Him with this qualification
- Even if he (a modern elected executive head of a state) is enlightened like Maharaja Yudhisthira, he cannot do anything out of his own good will due to his constitutional position
- Even if he (a person who has developed from faith to the stage of bhava) has no engagement, he will find some work to do for Krsna's satisfaction. Nor does such a person like anything which is not connected with Krsna
- Even if he (a person) follows the rules and regulations and moral principles and ultimately does not come to the stage of understanding the Supreme Lord, then all his knowledge becomes spoiled. BG 1972 purports
- Even if He (God) is visible in the material world, the exhibition is only of His internal energy, for He is above the good and bad conceptions of this material world
- Even if He (Krsna) is angry, the object of anger is blessed. He is unchanged in all circumstances
- Even if he (Siva) is an enemy or is sometimes angry, such a personality cannot be the object of envy, so Vidura, in astonishment, asked why he was taken as such, especially by Daksa. Daksa is also not an ordinary person
- Even if he (spirit soul) goes up to the Svargaloka, he will find no permanent abode for his hankering soul. The hankering soul must be satisfied by the perfect scientific process of perfect devotional service
- Even if he (the living entity) is born as a worm living within the intestine or abdomen in the midst of urine and stool, still he is satisfied. This is the covering influence of maya
- Even if he accepts that, "Yes, I shall wash your dishes," the family will not allow him. They will say: "Oh, you are coming from brahmin. How can you wash? We shall go to hell." Just see
- Even if He appears to have accepted a material body, He is still not subjected to any material condition. Krsna has therefore appeared and defeated all imperfect conclusions about the appearance and disappearance of the Supreme Personality of Godhead
- Even if he be distressed or degraded, any person who chants the holy name of the Lord, having heard it from a bona fide spiritual master, is immediately purified
- Even if he chants the Lord's name jokingly or by chance, he and anyone who hears him are freed from all sins. Therefore how can anyone seeking disentanglement from the material clutches avoid chanting the name of Lord Sesa?
- Even if he does so, or he is a very nice brahmana, nice ksatriya, so he has done his duty very nicely, but he has not taken to Krsna consciousness. Sastra says, what he has gained? What he has gained
- Even if he goes from forest to forest, one who is not self-controlled must always fear material bondage because he is living with six co-wives - the mind and knowledge-acquiring senses
- Even if he has some desires, one engaged in the service of the Lord is never frustrated. Those engaged in His service are called sakama and akama
- Even if he is adept at the practice of mystic yoga or the honest endeavor of maintaining his family and relatives, he must be driven by his own mental speculations and must engage in the service of the Lord's external energy
- Even if he is higher officer, everyone has to consult the higher authorities. Similarly, this means that I'll not independently make any plan, but I must accept the standard plan which is coming directly from the Supreme Consciousness through a channel
- Even if he is not of very good character, or even if he is not very rich or fortunate, or even if he is old or invalid on account of continued diseases, whatever her husband's condition, a woman should not divorce her husband
- Even if he lives for more years, the bodily, mental and external sufferings will be there. What is the use of living such prolonged life
- Even if I advise, try to meditate, I meditate upon my wife, upon my children, on my business. This is not the stage of seeing Krsna everywhere. That requires training. That requires advanced knowledge
- Even if I am a rich man, a beautiful man, an educated man, born in an aristocratic family, etc., I still cannot avoid death, old age, and disease
- Even if I am not well conversant with the Vedas and Puranas, if I see that my spiritual master is doing that, that's sufficient
- Even if I am well, it is not possible for me to look after the affairs of the American house. I want to remain free, being taken care of by all of you
- Even if I do not like to kill any animal, still, while walking we are killing many animals, many ants on the street, unwillingly. So that is also taken into account. You cannot kill even an ant. So the karma-kanda is not very safe
- Even if I do not want to become old man, I will be forced to become old man. Suppose nature is offering me a dog's body. If I say, "No, no, I will not accept this," no, you will be forced to accept it. That is nature's law
- Even if I don't try, I will be supplied with whatever I am to achieve because of my past work and my particular type of body. Your real concern, therefore, should be to seek out the higher goal of human life
- Even if I get the kingdom of trailokya - svarga, martya, patala, like that - still, I am not prepared to fight with my kinsmen, what to speak of this earthly planet. - He (Arjuna) decided like that. This is called family attachment
- Even if I see a doll made of wood, a beautiful woman, My mind becomes agitated
- Even if in the beginning one chants the Hare Krsna mantra with offenses, one will become free from such offenses by chanting again and again
- Even if it (Deity) is stone, we should think that Krsna has made Himself visible before us like a stone because we cannot see beyond stone. That is Krsna's mercy
- Even if it (prasadam) is spicy to others, taste, it is very palatable to the devotee. What is the question of spicy? He was offered poison, real poison
- Even if it is chilly, they must take this regular bath. The duty must be done, even if there is a little suffering involved. That is called tapasya, or austerity
- Even if it is possible to prolong life more than one hundred years, advancement of human civilization does not necessarily follow
- Even if it were possible to count the atoms after smashing the earth into powder, still it would not be possible to estimate the unfathomable transcendental qualities of the Lord
- Even if Kamsa were to see that the eighth child of Devaki was a daughter, he should have no doubt that the eighth child was to kill him. According to the Visva-kosa dictionary, the word garbha means "embryo" and also arbhaka, or "child"
- Even if karmis is successful in accumulating some material wealth, he still cannot enjoy it, for he must die in bereavement
- Even if modern scientists do not accept the other factual presentations of Srimad-Bhagavatam, how can they deny the perfect astronomical calculations that existed long before they could imagine such things
- Even if not born in a brahmana family, a devotee, because of his devotion to the Lord, is above all kinds of brahmanas, whether they be karma-kandis or jnana-kandis
- Even if one concentrates his mind on the boar form of the Lord, that is also yoga
- Even if one does not read any philosophy, he is sexually inclined. Nobody is taught it in the schools and colleges. Everyone already knows how to do it. That is the general tendency. But education should be given to stop it. That is real education
- Even if one does not understand the language, still, just by hearing, he acquires some piety. His assets lead him to a pious life, even if he does not understand - it has such power
- Even if one enacts a very small amount on the spiritual platform, he takes that with him to his next life, and he picks up again from that point
- Even if one is a brahmana he is certain to be attacked by leprosy and bereft of all family members if he makes dualistic considerations (of maha-prasadam). Such an offender goes to hell, never to return. This is the injunction of the Brhad-visnu Purana
- Even if one is a failure, he is promoted to these higher planets. But one cannot remain there perpetually. When the fruits or the results of one's pious activities expire, he has to return to earth
- Even if one is able to count such atomic particles (contained in the whole universe) or is able to roll up the sky like one's bedding, even then one is unable to estimate the extent of the prowess and energy of the Supreme Lord
- Even if one is born in a family of dog-eaters, he can become My devotee and be very dear to Me, in spite of having taken birth in such a family. Therefore, offerings should be given to My devotee, and whatever My devotee has offered Me should be accepted
- Even if one is highly advanced, materially or spiritually, he may be attracted by lusty desires. The object of attraction may even be one's mother, sister or daughter. Therefore, one should be extremely careful in dealings with women
- Even if one is not born in a brahmana family, or even if he is born in a family of candalas, if he simply takes to Krsna consciousness he is immediately purified
- Even if one is not situated in such a transcendental position, if he simply approves of such a transcendental life, he also becomes very dear to Krsna
- Even if one is promoted to Brahmaloka, if one is not freed from material bondage one must return to this planet earth and continue in the miserable condition of material existence
- Even if one is promoted to Brahmaloka, the highest planet in the universe, he has to come down again to the lower planetary systems. Thus he is wandering up and down perpetually, under the influence of the three modes of material nature

- Even if our attempt to be Krsna conscious is not complete, our Krsna consciousness will continue in the next life
- Even if our language is broken we must speak of Krishna Consciousness without caring for literary or grammatical style. English is a foreign language to me also, but I try to speak it, not to be a big scholar, but to be a servant of Krishna
- Even if people are meeting these necessities (eating, defending, mating, and sleeping) in this age, they are always anxious about war, either defending themselves from aggressors or having to go to war themselves

- Even if someone lives as long as Brahma, he would still be unable to express his gratitude to You for the benefits derived from remembering You
- Even if such a person (the impersonalist) merges into the Brahman effulgence, he falls down again into material existence
- Even if such a person atones and is punished by the government, he will again commit theft as soon as he comes out of jail. If punishment in jail is considered atonement, what is the benefit of such atonement
- Even if such an immature devotee falls down, there is no loss on his part. On the other hand, what is the gain of one who executes the prescribed duties according to his varna and asrama but does not take to devotional service
- Even if the associates of Lord Visnu sometimes descend as if cursed, they are always liberated
- Even if the body is based on untruth, there cannot be factual fruits and flowers without the help of the bodily tree
- Even if the body were killed, he (Jada Bharata) would not have cared, for he was thoroughly convinced of the proposition found in Bhagavad-gita (BG 2.20): na hanyate hanyamane sarire. He knew that he could not be killed even if his body were killed
- Even if the devotee has failed to perfect his devotional service, he is guaranteed to take birth in a good family - a family of learned and devoted brahmanas or a family of rich vaisyas - merchants
- Even if the devotee were offered such rewards (such as live on the same planet with the Supreme Lord, having the same form or opulence as the Lord, to live with Him side by side or to merge into His existence) by the Lord, he would reject them
- Even if the devotees see the mischief-mongers, they do not accuse them for the sufferings inflicted
- Even if the great fear of bondage is avoided by mental speculation and inquiry into the fundamental principles, it may still appear again, since its cause has not ceased
- Even if the Hare Krsna mantra is not chanted properly, it still has so much potency that the chanter gains the effect
- Even if the husband is not a great devotee like Kardama Muni, it is the wife's duty to adapt herself according to his mentality. That makes married life very happy
- Even if the impersonalist reaches the highest platform of spiritual realization, he falls down again to material attachment because of not being situated in the transcendental loving service of the Supreme Lord
- Even if the living entity is born with a silver spoon in his mouth he will not be happy so such plans for economic development are simply cheating processes
- Even if the Lord takes away a devotee's material opulences, the Lord immediately offers him a position of which the demigods cannot even dream. There are many examples of this in the history of devotional service
- Even if the majority of the people aren't happy and prosperous, if a certain percentage of the population develops KC & becomes situated in the mode of goodness, then there is the possibility for peace and prosperity all over the world. BG 1972 purports
- Even if the majority of the people aren't happy and prosperous, if a certain percentage of the population develops Krsna consciousness and becomes situated in the mode of goodness, then there is the possibility for peace and prosperity all over the world
- Even if the reactions of the subtle and gross bodies are not manifest, one does not become free from the material conditions. Therefore it is wrong to say that a child is as good as a liberated soul
- Even if the wife, being weaker, is unable to execute devotional service with her husband, if she is chaste and sincere she shares half of her husband's activities
- Even if there appears to be some discrepancy according to an imperfect devotee’s estimation, the devotee should be fixed in the conviction that even if his spiritual master goes to a liquor shop, he is not a drunkard; rather, he must have some purpose
- Even if there are accidental sins committed by the devotee, the Lord saves the surrendered soul from all sins, as confirmed in all scriptures
- Even if there are opportunities for sex life, one should voluntarily accept the limitation of having sex only for progeny, not for any other purpose
- Even if there is danger or suffering in Krsna consciousness, we should tolerate it. We should even welcome such danger, and we should pray in appreciation to Krsna
- Even if there is no continuity, if only by chance a person takes interest in a pure devotee's instruction, he can be accepted and advance in devotional service
- Even if there is some misunderstanding between husband & wife that should be completely neglected & you should always remain rigid in service of Krishna
- Even if there is some wrong on the part of the husband, the wife must tolerate it, and thus there will be no misunderstanding between husband and wife. Visrambhena means "with intimacy," but it must not be familiarity that breeds contempt
- Even if there may be some problems, always try to remain in Krishna Consciousness. Do not give up chanting the Hare Krishna mantra simply due to some external difficulties
- Even if there were some point in working that hard, such people (who are unnecessarily working so hard simply for the gratification of the senses) do not know what it is. All they know is the sex urge and the brothels that gratify this urge
- Even if they (impersonalists) happen to utter the names “Govinda,” “Krsna” or “Madhava,” they still cannot understand that these names are as good as Govinda, Krsna or Madhava the person
- Even if they (Mayavadis) were on the liberated platform, as they falsely claim, love of Krsna is beyond the state of liberation - a fact stated by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and repeated here (in CC Adi 7.144) by Krsnadasa Kaviraja Gosvami
- Even if they (modern scientists) were to prepare an egg and put it in an incubator, this man-made chemical egg would not produce a chicken. The soul must be added because there is no question of a chemical combination for life
- Even if They (Sankarsana, Pradyumna and Aniruddha) are full expansions, the flaw of generation remains
- Even if they (the neophytes) make a show of constantly chanting the holy name of the Lord, they cannot relish the transcendental taste of the holy name. The show of tears in the eyes, trembling, perspiration or unconsciousness, etc., is condemned
- Even if they are hidden under different guises, I offer my respects to all of them. By their mercy, may there be good fortune in the royal dynasties that are always offending them
- Even if they are illusioned by some ghastly scene or by any accidental occurrence, devotees never forget Krsna. Even in the greatest danger they can remember Krsna

- Even if transcendental literature is written in faulty language, it is acceptable if it is written by a devotee
- Even if transcendentalists slip away from the path of progress in some way or other, they are again given chances for making progress
- Even if we accept Lord Jesus Christ as saktyavesa avatara, it doesn't mean that we have to accept his philosophy. But we have all respects for him without fail
- Even if we accept this place, miserable place, you will not be allowed to live here for long. You will have to quit this stage. Therefore it is called asasvatam. This is our position
- Even if we accumulate a million dollars, we must leave it all behind when we leave this body. We need to come to understand that in the material world whatever we are doing is being defeated by the influence of material nature

- Even if we are able to do something temporarily beneficial, time will see that the good project is frustrated in course of time
- Even if we are accustomed to sinful activities on account of bad habits, still, we can engage ourself in devotional service of Vasudeva
- Even if we are contaminated by the quality of goodness of this material world, that is also contaminated. That is also cause of our entanglement
- Even if we are nonviolent and hurt no one, there will be trouble. However, if somehow or other we manage to reach the shore, we will find peace
- Even if we are not born, the spark comes out of Krsna, so we are different; the sparks of the fire are fire, but they are not the original fire
- Even if we are promoted to the highest planet, Brahmaloka, the planet where Lord Brahma lives, our situation there is still not eternal. So why should a devotee be interested in such a place
- Even if we attempt to render some devotional service to Him and fall down, we lose nothing and gain everything. A human life is guaranteed in our next birth. It is therefore to our benefit to accept Krsna
- Even if we can travel at that speed (millions of miles in one ten-thousandth of a second) on a spacecraft manufactured by muni-pungavanam, the greatest scientists and most thoughtful men, will that be perfection? No
- Even if we change our body, still we can find out our means of living by that inherent intellect. That is advertised as intuition. But this intuition is previous experience only
- Even if we do a little on the path of bhakti, it goes to our account. For instance, if we deposit only two dollars in a savings bank, it is kept in our account, and it will increase with interest
- Even if we do not accept God, if we do not accept the leadership of God, we have to select another leader. We cannot get rid of this principle, that we can live without leader. That is our constitutional position

- Even if we do not endeavor to obtain the advantages of material happiness, we shall obtain them automatically. This happiness and distress are obtainable in any form of life, without endeavor
- Even if we do not kill animals, simply by eating vegetables, they are also life. It does not mean that vegetarians are not killing. They are also killing
- Even if we do not understand this philosophy, we will be purified if we hear what Krsna says. This is the whole process of hari-sankirtana
- Even if we don't accept the leadership of God, we have to accept some other leader. That is our position. We cannot avoid it
- Even if we find some discrepancies in the life of a devotee... Just like these European, Americans. They're devotees. They are pure devotee of Krsna. How? They have no other desire. They simply want to satisfy their spiritual master and Krsna
- Even if we go to a materialistic person, we canvass, "Kindly become our member. Kindly read this book. Purchase this book," so we are not going to take their activities. We are trying to bring them in our activities
- Even if we go to Brahmaloka, the highest planet, through some sort of mechanical contrivance by maybe traveling for forty thousand years, we will still find the material inconveniences of birth, death, disease and old age. BG 1972 Introduction
- Even if we kill one mosquito, we are responsible
- Even if we know, still, if there is some bodily pain we become very much disturbed. But we should know, always remember, that "I am not this body"

- Even if you cannot offer anything . . . I think everyone can offer, I think, a flower can be offered, a little fruit can be offered

- Even if you do not want, you cannot, I mean to say, combat all these, I mean to say, attacks of the material nature. That is the way of material nature. Therefore self-realization is the opportunity of this human form of life
- Even if you drink a glass of water without knowing to whom it belongs, you are a thief. So you may think, "I am honest," but actually you are a thief. You must remember Krsna. "Oh, Krsna, it is Your creation, so kindly allow me to drink." This is honesty

- Everyone is praying to God with some interest, but even if we pray to God, "Give me some money, give me some relief, a nice house, a nice wife, or nice food," that is also good. Yet this is not to the standard of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu's prayer
- Everyone is serving. Nobody can say that, "I am not serving." No, you cannot say. Even if you have no master, then you create one master, a dog or cat, and you serve him
