- A diseased person cannot enjoy anything; he has to restrain his enjoyment in order to get rid of the disease
- A father is teaching, "Eat, drink, be merry and enjoy. Eat meat and drink and associate with as many girls and this is enjoyment." That means, indirectly, he is sending his son to the hell. You see? There is no love. Actually, this is no love

- Civilization means that, the process by which we can transfer ourself from this nonpermanent life to permanent life, life of ignorance to life of knowledge, life of suffering to life of enjoyment. That is spiritual life
- Complete enjoyment cannot be achieved separate from the Supreme Personality of Godhead

- First of all, one must be trained in the brahmacari system and learn how to deny the senses. A brahmacari should be trained in tapasya, not in enjoyment

- Krsna consciousness will help us to revive our original status of senses. And that original status of senses, that sense of enjoyment, will be spiritual enjoyment

- The whole process is to concentrate upon the visnu-murti, Visnu form, within the heart. And unless there is pleasure, there is no enjoyment, what is the use of controlling the senses and focusing the mind on the Supreme Supersoul within the heart?
- The word pri means "woman." Purusa, or spirit, is the subject, and prakrti, or nature, is the object. The enjoyment, however, is participated in both by the husband and the wife
