- A businessman, he cannot become strictly truthful. That is not possible. A politician, he cannot become actually truthful. Then the whole business will be spoiled
- A diseased man, he cannot say, "I am perfect in health." That is not possible. Similarly, if we are defective in so many ways, and if I want to become teacher or preacher to give you the truth, then how can I give? This is not possible
- A dog, he cannot go to a guru. That is not possible. But a human being, he must. Abhigacchet. It must. It is not optional, that "I may go, or I may not." No, you must. That is the injunction. That is the Vedic injunction. Acarya-parampara
- A God-conscious person means he has no sin. He cannot be within the jurisdiction of sinful activities. That is God consciousness. You cannot become God conscious at the same time sinful. That is not possible
- A human being or a demigod or very exalted person cannot manufacture dharma. That is not possible. Real dharma is given by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna, and that real dharma is stated in the Bhagavad-gita

- Dharma is directly made by God. Not that because one is very great saintly person, great philosopher, great scientist, he can make a kind of religious system. No. That is not possible. That will not be religion. That may be something else
- Dharmaviruddhah kama, that is all right, but if you use sex life for sense gratification and becomes implicated in so many sinful activities, then how he'll be happy? A sinful man cannot become happy. That is not possible
- Dhirah means very sober, fully controlled. That is called dhirah. Dhiras tatra na muhyati. Unless you become dhirah, you cannot understand what is spiritual life. That is not possible
- Direct perception, that is evidence. People with poor fund of knowledge, they want direct perception of everything. That is not possible. Direct perception of everything is not possible
- Don't bother very much to know Krsna. That is not possible. Simply increase your unalloyed love for Krsna. That is perfection of life

- Everyone is trying to be more intelligent than others, but without the favor of Krsna this is not possible. Therefore whenever we encounter someone with extraordinary intelligence we should think - That intelligence is Krsna
- Everything is going on systematically. That is called destiny. Destiny means that so long we are under the laws of nature, that is to happen. You cannot change it. That is not possible. Such law can be changed by the Supreme Personality of Godhead

- First of all you be perfect. So that is not possible. Therefore, our process of receiving knowledge is from the perfect. And who can be more perfect than God Himself? That is our process of knowledge
- For example, Krsna's ideal life as a householder can be followed, but if one wants to imitate Krsna by expanding into many forms, that is not possible

- Generally we conceive impersonalism, voidism, voidism, compared with the sky. Sky is called zero, void, but sky has also a form. We see daily, a big round form. So there cannot be anything without form. That is not possible
- Generally, a girl wants a child. But if she wants a child immediately after marriage, that is not possible. She must wait. She must serve her husband nicely
- God cannot be partial. Everyone is God's son, so how can God favor one son above another? That is not possible
- Gopi-bhartuh pada-kamalayor dasa-dasanudasa. We should not try to become direct servants, for that is not possible. First of all we must become the servant of the servant - CC Madhya 13.80

- His (a citizen's) self-interest is to seek out the Supreme Personality of Godhead and surrender unto Him. That will make him happy. Otherwise, if he simply tries to accept material things and become happy, that is not possible
- How Krsna can lift, as a seven-years-old boy, Govardhana Hill? Is it possible by this material body? No. That is not possible. This is common sense. But they cannot understand Krsna
- How to spend the money for Krsna, that is our policy. We do not want to keep money. We cannot keep, that is not possible. Somebody will take it. Ultimately the government will take. Better spend it for Krsna

- I am becoming a devotee for this purpose - no, that is not pure devotee. "I am eternal servant of God, so it is my duty to serve Him, that's all." That is peace. And so long he'll desire, then he'll not have any peace. That is not possible
- I am glad that the Hamburg Deity worship is going on nicely. Wherever there is Deities there must be first class care, arati, bhoga, cleanliness, dressing, regular classes. If this is not possible, then better to travel
- I cannot make my desires zero. That is not possible because I am living being. I may select what kind of desires I will have. That is intelligence. But desirelessness is not possible

- If by karma he has to accept the body of a rat, it will not be excused by nature that "You have constructed skyscraper building; therefore you'll again come and live there." No, that is not possible
- If from the material platform one could understand Krsna, then, since Krsna is everything (sarvam khalv idam brahma), one could understand Krsna by seeing anything within this material world. But that is not possible
- If He reveals Himself by His causeless mercy, being merciful upon you, being pleased upon you, then you can understand Krsna. You cannot search out Krsna. That is not possible
- If I want to protect this body with all hygienic principles, soaps and pumice and injection and medicine and so many things, does it mean that you shall live? Can you overcome the laws of nature? No, that is not possible
- If in this life I am trying to become a devotee, this does not mean that in my many past lives I was one-hundred-percent pious. That is not possible
- If one is not a devotee of the Lord, Krsna harav abhaktasya kuto mahad-gunah - he cannot possess any great qualities. That is not possible
- If one's unfortunate position can be changed, that is only by Krsna consciousness. There is no other way. You cannot make any philanthropic work and change the fortune of any person. No. That is not possible
- If somebody says, "I will die peacefully." Nobody dies peacefully, that is not possible. Therefore death is a problem. Birth is also a problem. Nobody is peaceful while within the womb of the mother. It is packed-up, airtight condition
- If the dictator, or the king, is a perfect man, then his dictatorship or royal power is quite . . . but that, that is not possible at the present moment
- If the leader is also blind and the followers are blind, then what is the result? That is happening. They are thinking that, "By bodily comfort, by sense gratification, we shall be happy." But that is not possible
- If the preacher is sinful, how can he deliver other sinful men by his so-called preaching? That is not possible
- If the way of material nature had been that straw produced milk, a stack of straw could also produce milk. But that is not possible. And the same straw given to a human female also cannot produce milk
- If there is no discipline you cannot manage anything. That is not possible. Therefore this is very essential, that the students should be very disciplined. Disciple means one who follows discipline
- If they are not devotee, how they can interpret on Krsna? Just like a member of a family can say very nicely about the head of the family; how outsiders can say about the family? That is not possible
- If we are interested in manava-dharma, we should take instruction from the authorities. Don't try to manufacture dharma. That is not possible. You cannot manufacture
- If we do something which is punishable, I may avoid the state law, but I cannot avoid God's law. That is not possible
- If we don't adopt the process and simply waste our time by intoxication and speculation and all nonsensical activities, oh, that is not possible ever. You'll never understand what is God

- If you give up desire, then you are a dead man. A stone has no desire. Do you like to become a stone-like? No. Desire cannot be less. That is not possible
- If you have got the qualification of a shopkeeper, you cannot act as engineer. That is not possible. If you have got the qualification of a teacher, educationist, then you can become a teacher. So the whole world is going like that, guna-karma-vibhagasah
- If you remain always addicted to sinful activities, how you can see God? That is not possible. You have to give up these rascal, sinful activities
- If you simply speculate to understand God, He'll remain inconceivable. Even if you endeavor for millions and billions of years, that's not possible
- If you think that, "I shall read scriptures and I shall understand God," no, that is also not possible. Srutayo vibhinnah. Scriptures are also different, because scriptures are made according to time, circumstances, people
- If you try to make the dogs stop fighting, it is not possible. Is it possible? Then it is useless attempt. You keep the human being as dogs, and you want stop fighting. That is not possible. Impractical
- If you want faultless action, that is not possible
- If you want to become pure by your arguments and logic, that is not possible. I may be defeated by another strong man who is stronger in argument than me, so this is not the way of becoming purified
- If you want to change the mentality of the human being as it is going on, the dog's mentality, if you want to change it, you cannot do it by assembly in the United Nations and passing resolution. That is not possible. You must take to bhagavata-dharma
- If you want to know the Absolute Supreme Personality of Godhead, you cannot speculate, neither meditate. It is not possible, because your senses are very imperfect. So what is the way? Just hear from Him
- If you want to reach to the ultimate conclusion simply by arguments and speculation, that is not possible
- If you want to see what is mind, what is intelligence, what is soul, what is Supersoul, that is not possible to see by your these blunt eyes, conditional eyes
- If you want to stop the work of the senses, that is not possible. Simply we have to purify the senses
- If your lover is away from you, say thousand miles away, or a few miles away, if you simply chant the name of your friend, you cannot relish the actual meeting association. That is not possible; that is materially not possible
- Illicit sex is not possible with a chaste or aristocratic woman, but only with unchaste sudras. The more society allows prostitution and illicit sex, the more impetus it gives to cheaters, thieves, plunderers, drunkards and gamblers
- Immediately come to Krsna. Of course, it does not mean that anyone who comes to Krsna or Krsna's representative, he has finished all the reaction of his past sinful activities. That is not possible. Everyone is full with the result of his past sins
- In Europe, in America, the process of getting money is not the, like here, that I go to any gentleman, "Give us some donation." That is not possible. You cannot enter even one's house without introduction. Then you are trespasser
- In his relative position, everyone is opulent. So relatively, everyone is controller, god; but he is not supreme controller. That is not possible. Supreme controller is Krsna
- In modern days the people in general occupy the administration by the strength of manipulated votes, but they are never trained in the primary duties of the king, and that is also not possible for everyone
- In samsara there cannot be any sukha, but he's attracted. Majilo samsara sukhe. Vidya-kule ki koribe tar. What we'll do with university education or born in big family or . . .? This will not help. This is not possible
- In seven days we cannot understand even one verse of Srimad-Bhagavatam, what to speak of the eighteen thousand verses. That is not possible. But it has become a fashion
- In the advanced stage, when one can understand the transcendental nature of the Lord, one does not try to imitate Him. This is not possible
- In the Bhagavad-gita everything is clearly stated, that any intelligent person will put forward before him that - We have solved all our miserable conditions of life, but not these four principles. That is not possible
- In the big cities a big temple is required but if that is not possible then continue with your preaching program with full enthusiasm and determination
- In the spiritual world you cannot become a competitor of Krsna. That is not possible. In this material world you can become a false competitor of Krsna. Your position is false
- In this material world, or ocean, you may be very expert in swimming, but that does not mean you'll be peaceful. That is not possible
- India, this is strictly forbidden. There is no such thing in the public street a young man can embrace or kiss. No. That is not possible. Then it will be criminal
- Intelligent man should learn what is God from the Vedic information. Don't manufacture God. Manufacture. . . how we can manufacture God? That is not possible. So that is called mana-dharma. By mental concoction, mental speculation, we cannot create God
- Irritated... If your mind is in peace... If you are not indulging in intoxication, gambling, illicit sex, then your mind will not be irritated. How a gambler can be in peaceful mind? That is not possible. How a drunkard can be in peaceful mind
- Is it possible to make this world comfortable by the so-called advancement of science? No, this is not possible. As a result, we do not even wish to know what these miseries are
- Is it possible to prolong life? Not for a second even. When you are destined to die, you must die. Mrtyuh sarva-haras caham (BG 10.34). This death is Krsna. You cannot defy Krsna; that is not possible
- Isvarah, controller. There are many controllers. "Might is right." But nobody is supreme controller. That is not possible. Nobody. Everyone is trying to become the supreme controller, but that is not being possible
- It does not require to become poor to take to Krsna consciousness, but if anyone has the desire that "I will become spiritually advanced; at the same time I shall enjoy this material life," that is not possible
- It is a miscalculation that Krsna, the Supreme Soul, is affected by this material nature. That is not possible
- It is a revelation. It is not speculation. The speculators cannot understand what is Krsna, that is not possible
- It is called ahangrahopasana, ekatvena, to become one. One in quality, not in quantity. We cannot become God. That is not possible. But we can attain God's quality
- It is no use fighting with the seasonal changes. That is not possible. Just like it is raining. It is no use to fight with the cloud and rain, stop it. That is not possible. But you can take raincoat, umbrella, so that you may not be affected
- It is not possible for the Brahman-realized impersonalist or the Paramatma-realized yogi to understand Krsna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead as the son of mother Yasoda or the charioteer of Arjuna
- It is not that if a child is in danger, because the father and mother is very strong, very rich, he will be able to give protection to the child. No. That is not possible

- Just like in free life you can go from this home to that home, in prison life you cannot do that. You must stay to your cell. So all these planets are like cells. We are trying to go to the moon planet; that is not possible
- Just like our Krsna: He's Para-brahman. He's enjoying ananda. Similarly, we also, being part & parcel of Krsna, mamaivamso jiva . . . (BG 15.7), we want ananda. So ananda cannot be in impersonalism or voidism. That is not possible. Ananda means varieties
- Just like the so-called foolish scientists. They don't care for God. They think by so-called scientific advancement they will progress . . . all the problems will be solved. That is not possible
- Just like the United Nation: they are trying for the last thirty years to become united - but simply it is illusion. On that platform we cannot be united. On political platform or social platform, that is not possible, because the designations are there

- Kalau, in this age, you cannot find a man perfectly purified or anyway. That is not possible. Therefore you chant Hare Krsna, and that will help you, the process of purification
- Krsna came to impress "This is not your place. You are creating so many plans to live here very peacefully, but that is not possible. Therefore you give up all this nonsense plan, just come to Me, surrender to Me, and I shall give you protection"
- Krsna has arranged so many varieties. In disgust the Mayavadis, they want to make the varieties variety-less, nirvisesa. And the Buddhists they want to make it zero. But that is also not possible
- Krsna Himself certifies this place duhkhalayam asasvatam (BG 8.15). It is a place for miserable condition of life. Now, how you can make it a happy place? That is not possible
- Krsna is Acyuta. He never falls down. That is the difference. So just like cloud. Cloud can cover a portion of sunlight. Not that cloud can cover the, all the sunlight. That is not possible
- Krsna is explaining Himself in the Bhagavad-gita so much. Don't bother very much to know Krsna. That is not possible. Simply increase your unalloyed love for Krsna. That is perfection of life
- Krsna says that, "You cannot make any solution of these problems." What is that? Birth, death, old age and disease, that is not possible. So we are happy by false happiness, this is called Maya. This is culture, this is Indian culture
- Krsna's body and my body is the same. If He has become God, so why shall not I become God? But that is not possible. His body is transcendental; your body is not transcendental
- Krsna's name, attributes and form are Absolute Truth, existing before the creation. Therefore, how can those who are created - that is, those entrapped in bodies created of material elements - understand Krsna perfectly? This is not possible

- Law means the word given by the state. You cannot make law at home. That is not possible. Whatever the government gives you, that "You should act like this," that is law
- Lion is supposed to be the king of the forest. Still, he has to work. It is not that a lion will sleep, and some animal will come, "My dear lion, please open your mouth. I shall enter." (laughter) That is not possible
- Love is there. Unless there is love, you cannot work. That is not possible. So this is material way of life
- Lower than the human form of life, cats and dogs, they cannot understand what is spiritual pleasure. That is not possible

- Mahatma Gandhi started the hari-jana movement to purify the untouchables, but he was a failure because he thought that one could become a hari-jana, a personal associate of the Lord, through some kind of material adjustment. That is not possible
- Many, many plans, many, many skyscraper buildings, roads and motor cars. What is the real purpose? The purpose is they want to be happy. But that is not possible. Therefore they are vimudhan. Rascals. They are going in the wrong way
- Matter cannot combine together automatically. These skyscraper buildings, they are created with matter, but the matter has not come to become skyscraper building automatically. That is not possible
- Matter cannot evolve; that is not possible
- Mind cannot be detached. We have got so many desires. So mind's business - to become attached. Therefore, I accept something, I reject something. This is mind's business. So you cannot become zero, you cannot become desireless. That is not possible
- Mukti means those who are disappointed. Disappointed must be because nobody can be happy here with this karmi plan. That is not possible. So he will be disappointed. But disappointed when? After many, many births' struggle for existence
- My Guru Maharaja is servant of Krsna, his guru, his guru is servant of Krsna, his guru is servant of Krsna. I am also servant of Krsna, but I have to approach through the other servants, not directly. That is not possible

- Nature of mind is always agitated, and if we artificially give impetus to the mind to be more agitated, then where is the question of samadhi? There is no question of samadhi. They'll never be able to concentrate the mind. That is not possible
- Nature's law is working, you cannot interfere with the nature's law. That is not possible. You may think yourself very much advanced in science, but nature's law, you cannot interfere. Just like now there is movement, man and woman, equal
- Nature's law will act in its own way. It will not allow to change it by your so-called devices and fertile brain. That is not possible
- Nirjana-bhajana - cultivating Krsna consciousness in a solitary place - is not possible for the neophyte, for he will be disturbed by the bodily necessities (eating, sleeping, mating and defending). Being so disturbed, one cannot cultivate KC
- No one dies fully satisfied by the fulfillment of material desires, for that is not possible. Therefore at the time of one's death one is very sorry, being unable to fulfill his desires. By the laws of nature one is then offered another body
- Nobody can be independently servant of Krsna. That is another foolishness. Krsna never accepts anyone's service directly. No. That is not possible. You must come through the servant of the servant. This is called parampara system
- Nobody can become a bhakta unless he has disgusted with material life. "I shall do this, I shall do that." And he'll never do bhakti-yoga. That's all. This is not possible
- Nobody can become a medical practitioner simply by purchasing book from the market and reading at home. That is not possible
- Nobody can become father of Krsna. That is not possible. Aham bija-pradah pita. He is the original father. Then how nandatmaja? How Nanda Maharaja can become the father of Krsna? No. That father means he wanted to become the best servant of Krsna
- Nobody can claim that "I am the only rich," or "Nobody is richer than me." That is not possible. But if you find somebody who is the richest - nobody is richer than him - then he is God
- Nobody can create religious principle. A man cannot create. That is not possible. Any religious system which is created by man, that is not religion. Religion means what is created by God. That is religion
- Nobody can enjoy in this material world. That is not possible. They are simply suffering. But illusion, due to lack of knowledge, they are accepting
- Nobody can protect anyone. That is not possible. Everyone has to take care of himself. This world is like that. Don't depend. Only Krsna can protect you - nobody else
- Nobody can say that "I am completely happy and peaceful." No, that is not possible. The material world is made in such a way that you cannot feel happy. That is not possible
- Nobody can say that "Without going to the guru we can become happy." That is not possible, according to Vedic principle. Even Caitanya Mahaprabhu, although He is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, He accepted guru
- Nobody is enjoying uninterrupted material happiness. That is not possible. A certain amount of material happiness and a certain amount of material distress - these both must be present always
- Nobody is free from material disturbance. That is not possible. So if you actually want freedom from material disturbances, you have to come to the spiritual platform and cultivate spiritual knowledge and be fixed up. Then your life is successful
- Nobody knows Krsna. They may speculate by their so-called scholarship, ABCD knowledge, but Krsna, Krsna is not there. They cannot turn even a single man to become a Krsna devotee. That is not possible. They can be fool
- Nobody understands this philosophy, but this is real philosophy: not to waste your valuable time for improving your economic condition. That is not possible. You have to utilize every moment to see how we are improving Krsna consciousness
- Not for a second we can make our mind vacant. That is not possible. So this vacancy, this mind's business - thinking, feeling and willing - when all of them are engaged in the Supreme Personality of Godhead, that is called perfect yoga system
- Not that sitting one place doing nothing and become Krsna conscious. Then there will be fall down. Don't imitate Haridasa Thakura. That is not possible. You must work
- Not these camara, bhangis and sudras voted and become the president and minister. That will not be successful. That is not possible. There must be trained-up ksatriyas, then there will be good government
- Now human beings have manufactured the 747 airplane, which according to their conception is very big. But can they produce an airplane as small as a flying insect? That is not possible. Actual greatness, however, is not one-sided
- Now there is a hobby that classless society. Classless society cannot be. That is not possible. So long you are in the material world there must be classes. By nature, there is
- Now we have manufactured such a nice medicine that cancer or any other disease will not attack us. That is very nice. But find out some medicine that death will not attack you. "Oh, that is not possible." Where is the meaning of your advancement?
- Now you are happy American, but after quitting this body you cannot dictate, "Please give me again an American body." No. That is not possible
- Now you cannot again introduce this system of varnasrama. It is not possible. But if one takes to Krsna consciousness, automatically he becomes immediately a brahmana and above the brahmana
- Now, seven hundred years before, people were dying. Death was there. So has the advancement of material science during the seven hundred years, has stopped death? No. That is not possible
- Nowadays people are suffering for want of sufficient food grains, and in the yajna tons and thousands of mounds of food grains are offered in the fire. That is good. But there is no food grains, there is no ghee. That is not possible in this age

- One can see that even if one has enough money and adequate arrangement for sense gratification, there is neither happiness nor peace of mind. That is not possible because one is situated in the mode of passion. BG 1972 purports
- One cannot become Narayana, but everyone is part and parcel of Narayana; or in quality, the Narayana quality is there. Not that the supreme Narayana. That is not possible. Part cannot be equal to the whole
- One cannot say, "I shall go immediately to the stage and become a good dancer." That is not possible
- One cannot see God by one's own way. That is not possible. If one tries to do so, one will always remain blind
- One imitates the joking behavior of Krsna, but one cannot imitate lifting the Govardhana Hill. That is not possible
- One is feeling secure, "I have got very strong body. I shall live forever." Rascal. Pramatta (madness). That is not possible
- One moon is sufficient. So this KC movement, it is not required that everyone will be follower. That is not possible, because it is very difficult. But still, if one follower, sincere follower is there, it will go on. It will go on. Nobody can stop it
- One name is sufficient. If you can chant one name only, that is sufficient. But that is not possible. So to understand the value of name at least we must have some numerical strength. All the Gosvamis used to do that. We follow their footprints
- One should be undisturbed in mind. A man who is always disturbed in mind, he cannot perform yoga. That is not possible
- One who is very busy, anxious with politics, sociology, humanitarianism, one who is very busy always in politics, how he can become interested or how he can understand bhagavat-tattva-vijnanam? That is not possible
- One with the Supreme, how it is possible? The Supreme is purusa and I am prakrti. So there must be difference between purusa and prakrti. The prakrti cannot . . . a female cannot artificially become a male. That is not possible
- Ordinarily, you can steal and hide yourself, but in the eyes of God, you cannot steal and hide yourself. That is not possible. You have stolen; you must suffer
- Ordinary person with some academic career, they think they are very learned, they can comment on Bhagavad-gita. Oh, that is not possible
- Our endeavor should be how to become Krsna conscious. Other things we cannot change. This is not possible. Sarvatra
- Our Krsna consciousness movement is for this purpose, that simply we are trying to educate people how to give up the control of the material energy, and under the control... Not to control the material energy; that we cannot do, that is not possible
- Our only business should be to surrender to Krsna. And if you artificially want to be more happy by economic development, that is not possible
- Our point is very strong, that you cannot get perfect knowledge from imperfect person. That is not possible. That's a fact. You can get knowledge only from the perfect. That is real knowledge
- Our position is how to become sinless. Therefore we do not recommend animal killing. That is not possible
- Our program is not to become happy by so-called adjustment of material condition. That is not possible. Better come to the spiritual platform and act in the spiritual life. Then there is possibility of happiness
- Our senses are imperfect, and with all this paraphernalia, when we want to teach, that is not teaching; that is cheating. Because I am imperfect, how can I be teacher? That is not possible
- Out of false hopes, they are trying to become successful. That is not possible. Such kind of hope is useless hope. Leaving aside Visnu, & simply they are trying to become very highly learned. So they are mogha, means their hopes will never be successful

- Param drstva nivartate (BG 2.59). If someone isn't given good engagement, his bad engagements cannot be stopped. That is not possible. Therefore we have two sides - prohibition of sinful activities, and engagement in good activities
- Parama Koruna, 1975 part 2 - You cannot say, "No, I will not die." No, that is not possible. So where is your freedom? But we are declaring, "Now we are independent." This is all illusion. Caitanya appeared to save us from all these illusions
- Part and parcel of gold must be gold. There is no doubt about it. But it does not mean that the small particle of gold is equal to the gold mine. That is not possible. Part is never equal to the whole
- Pavitram means purest. So if we want to approach Krsna, then we must observe the purificatory process. Being impure, we cannot touch even Krsna. That is not possible. If we want . . . therefore Lord Caitanya has made it easy
- People are being educated like dogs, hogs, camels and asses. So how they can expect any real happiness? That is not possible
- People are engrossed with the bodily concept of life. It is beyond that. So dull brain cannot understand what is beyond this body. So you cannot expect that everyone will understand Krsna consciousness. That is not possible
- People are trying to go to the moon planet, that is an ambition. But they are trying to fulfill the ambition wrongly. That is not the way, that we manufacture some machine and by force we enter into the moon planet. That is not possible
- People are trying to understand the Absolute Truth by speculation, according to one's knowledge. The so-called philosopher, theosophists, theologists, these are useless. You cannot speculate to understand the Absolute Truth. That is not possible
- People are wanting unity. There is United Nation organization, but so long we keep ourself on the material platform there cannot be unity. That is not possible. Only in the spiritual platform there can be unity
- People, at the present moment, they are neither Pariksit Maharaja nor Sukadeva Gosvami. So how it is possible to finish Srimad-Bhagavatam within seven days? That is not possible. It has become a profession, that gorgeousness
- Pious activities means to be controlled by Krsna, and impious activities means to be controlled by maya. We have to be controlled. Our position is such that we cannot become controller. That is not possible
- Poor cows, they deliver milk, and later on they become slaughtered. How much sinful the modern society is, and they still want peace and prosperity. That is not possible
- Practically our creation is for enjoying in the company, in the association of the Supreme Lord. But we thought that it is better to become an imitation God and try to lord it over the material nature. That is not possible; therefore we are suffering
- Prahlada Maharaja says, na tat-prayasah kartavyam: you should not waste your energy for material happiness, because you cannot get more than what you are destined to have. That is not possible
- Professor Einstein was a great scientist, but he could not find out any means that instead of living for, eighty years, he could live eighty years, one day. No, that is not possible

- Rain is not under you control. Rain, it comes from sky, through the clouds. It is not under you control. When there is scarcity of rain, it is not your so-called science can produce rain. No. That is not possible
- Rain, it comes from sky, through the clouds. It is not under you control. When there is scarcity of rain, it is not your so-called science can produce rain. No. That is not possible. Drought
- Reading the books will purify the intelligence. A purified heart and mind means Krishna Consciousness. Don't try to become big very fast. That is not possible. Go slowly

- Sanskrit grammar is very difficult. It requires twelve years to learn simply Sanskrit grammar. So that is not possible
- Sastra says, atah sri-krsna-namadi na bhaved grahyam indriyaih: "You cannot understand Krsna by your present imperfect senses. That is not possible." Na bhaved grahyam, "You cannot accept or you cannot receive by your blunt senses." That is not possible
- Scriptures are made according to different classes of men. There are three classes of men: first class, second class & third class. The third-class man cannot understand the philosophy & scriptural injunction of the first-class man. That is not possible
- She can become equal with man. Spiritually advanced man and woman, they are equal. So long one is materially encaged, this is not possible
- Sila means character, very nice character. A devotee cannot be bad character. Because Krsna is param brahma param dhama pavitram (BG 10.12) - pavitra means pure - so impure cannot approach Him. That is not possible
- Simply by rubber-stamping, how one can become devotee? That is not possible. Without going the pancaratriki-vidhi, they remain the same unclean drunkard and the all nonsense habits
- Sleep should be avoided, but that is not possible. Therefore it should be adjusted to the minimum
- So all these materialistic persons, they are so fools, rascals, miscreants, they are increasing these material activities. They are thinking by this increasing material activities they will be happy. No. That is not possible
- So far the temple in Kuala Lumpur is concerned, we cannot be dictated by others. That is not possible. Yes, the touring program, preaching and distributing our literatures, is more important. Of course for the big cities a nice center is required
- So far we can see, those who are busy with bolts and nuts, how this dull brain, they can manufacture such things (which can reach topmost planet)? That is not possible. It requires another brain. The yogis can go, the yogis can go
- So if you are not perfect, why you are taking the position of a teacher? First of all, you be perfect. So that is not possible. Therefore, our process of receiving knowledge is from the perfect. And who can be more perfect than God Himself?
- So if you want to change the mentality of the human being as it is going on, the dog's mentality, if you want to change it, you cannot do it by assembly in the United Nation and passing resolution. That is not possible
- So long we have got this material body, we have to work. We cannot stop working. That is not possible
- So this is not the solution. You cannot make a solution of the misery of your life by artificial intoxication. That is not possible. You have to make the solution by this Krsna consciousness
- So we are falsely trying to enjoy maya. Enjoy means master. That is not possible. Tribhir gunamayair bhavaih. This is the influence of the three modes of material nature
- So we offer our respect in that way, vande rupa-sanatanau raghu-yugau sri-jiva-gopalakau. That is the way. We cannot jump over the highest authority directly. That is not possible. That is not the etiquette or rules, regulations we have to go
- Some philosopher are trying to make you stone, but that is not possible. You cannot become stone
- Spiritual master is he who has to instruct the disciple in such a way that he may not be misled, and that is not possible because he will simply speak from authoritative sources
- Still, although the human form is temporary, you can achieve the highest perfection of life while in this human form. What is that perfection? To understand the all-pervading Supreme Lord. For other life forms this is not possible
- Sudra cannot give you any education. That is not possible. Education has to be taken from brahmana. That is Vedic system. Brahmana is the teacher because they are trained up
- Sunya means zero, one who has made all material desires zero. That is the way (of pure devotees). In the Buddha philosophy it is called nirvana. Nirvana means make zero, sunyavadi. But we cannot remain in the sunya. That is not possible
- Sunyavadi-nirvana means to give up material desires. It is not possible to give up desires. That is not possible. To give up desires means I am dead body, a stone. If I have got life, if I am not a stone, there must be desires
- Suppose he knows the cause of cancer. What is the benefit? Neither he can stop cancer, neither a man suffering from cancer, if it is cured, he will live forever. That is not possible
- Suppose we were to take a hair and divide it into a hundred parts. Could we do it? No. That is not possible. But if we could do it and then divide it again into another one hundred parts, each part would be the size of the spirit soul

- Take hand's business, take leg's business, and combine them cooperatively. Then the body will be nice. If the leg says "Why hand will type? I shall type," that's not possible. "Legs, all right, you walk, and hands that you type." Then combine together
- That is not possible for any material scientist to find out where the spiritual sky is. But you can understand from authoritative scriptures and from authorities like Lord Caitanya
- That is the highest perfection (giving up everything - family, prestige and honor), but that is not possible for ordinary living entities. We should, however, follow the Gosvamis in their determination to worship Krsna
- That universal love can be possible when you actually love God. Samah sarvesu bhutesu. In material platform that is not possible. But a devotee, a pure lover of God, he loves everyone
- The Absolute Truth is avan manasa-gocara. By logical arguments how you can reach? That is not possible
- The aim is how to become happy in this material world. And that is not possible. These rascals they cannot understand. If you want to become happy, then you must come to Krsna
- The brain must be sharp and finer tissues. Then spiritual understanding will be there. With dull brain, physical brain, we cannot understand. That is not possible. Therefore to spiritualize the brain, the senses, requires a process
- The cook cooking very, very nice foodstuffs in the kitchen, but he cannot eat in the beginning. That is not possible. Then he will be dismissed. The master first of all must take, and then they can enjoy
- The doctor cannot give me four minutes prolongation of life. When the life is ended, it is ended. Nobody can . . . any medicine, any physical, physiological treatment will not help. That is not possible
- The fools and rascals, they try to comment on the Bhagavad-gita by their ABCD scholarship. That is not possible. It is sabda-brahman. It will be revealed to the person who has devotion to Krsna. Yasya deve para bhaktir yatha deve
- The highest pleasure in the material world is sex. But you cannot enjoy it twenty-four hours. That is not possible. You can enjoy it for few minutes. That's all. Even if you are forced to enjoy, you'll reject it: "No, no more." That is material
- The human life is meant for nivrtti. The cats' and dogs' life is for pravrtti. The sex desire, they cannot stop it. It is not possible. If you teach some dogs that "You forget the sex life," it is impossible. That is not possible
- The knowledge of technology is not knowledge. That is ignorance. The knowledge of self-realization is actual knowledge. That is possible in this human form of life. That is not possible by the cats and dogs
- The living entity has senses, and if the senses stopped working, the living entity would no longer be a living entity; he would be exactly like stone or wood. This is not possible. Because he is living, he is nitya and cetana - eternally sentient
- The Lord is situated in everyone's heart. It is natural that one should be able to see the Lord at least within himself. But that is not possible for those whose internal vision has been covered by external activities
- The material world means bodily consciousness: how to keep the body in comfortable. But that is not possible. Body means misery. You cannot keep it comfortable
- The Mayavada philosophy is that prakrti wants to become purusa. And that is not possible
- The Mayavadi philosophers think, "Why shall I keep my individual, separate existence? I shall merge into the Supreme." But that is not possible. From the very beginning, we are separated parts of Krsna
- The mind must have some engagement. One cannot make the mind vacant. Of course there are some foolish attempts to try to make the mind vacant or void, but that is not possible
- The present endeavor is to transfer one to the moon planet. But as we get information from the Vedic literature, we cannot transfer ourself by mechanical arrangement to the moon planet. That is not possible. This is futile attempt
- The process is so nice. Face is the index of mind. If you become purified within, then your faces will be bright. If you dirty within this heart, how you can be brightened? No, that is not possible. Face is the index of mind
- The rascal's mental speculation will not help him to understand Krsna, what He is. That is not possible. His all activities are divyam, transcendental. We cannot understand with our material blunt senses. That is not possible
- The real fact is a scorpion lays down the egg within the rice, and by the fermentation it comes out, just like eggs, and the small creature comes out. And foolish creatures, they think it that the rice is producing scorpion. That is not possible
- The scientific world is working so hard, but the scientist is dying himself. He cannot stop death. He can create some atom bomb to kill, but he cannot create anything which will stop death. That is not possible
- The scientist is trying to avoid God, independent by science. That is not possible. We are under the grip of the material nature. Material nature means the agent of Krsna
- The so called socialism, communism, altruism, humanitarianism, will never be able to satisfy everyone. That is not possible
- The so-called philosopher, theosophists, theologists, these are useless. You cannot speculate to understand the Absolute Truth. That is not possible. Therefore Brahma recommends that one should give up this nonsense practice
- The so-called scientist, they do not know what is life after death, how it happens, how it is going on. This is a great science. That you can understand from the Vedic literature, not from your so-called scientific research. That is not possible
- The so-called service to the humanity means washing the coat. Just like if you are hungry and I wash your coat very nicely with soap, will you be satisfied? No. That is not possible. So every one of us is spiritually hungry
- The ways of material nature is that you cannot remain in comfort. That is not possible, by laws of nature. Tri-tapa-yatana, three kinds of miseries, adhyatmika, adhibhautika, adhidaivika, they must be there always
- The world is feeling so much disturbed by the misarrangement of the leaders of the society. They have forgotten Krsna or God. They are thinking that by material advancement they will be happy, but that is never possible
- The yogis, they also can do that. Yoga practice. But that is not possible in this age. The so-called yoga practice going on are simply bluff. Real yoga practice means one becomes so perfect that he will not die natural death
- There are different scriptures, scripture means Vedic, the Vedas. There are four Vedas and many other also, corollaries. So by studying at home these books, that is also not possible to understand
- There are different stages of loving platform, and when you love Krsna as Radharani did . . . that is not possible, but that is the aim, and that is the highest perfection
- There are many practical experiences, and so many scholars, books we have studied, and their commentary is all nonsense because they are not bhakta. They try to understand Bhagavad-gita simply by their academic qualification. That is not possible
- There are many so-called svamis and yogis who tell their disciples that they can do anything and still advance spiritually, but this is not possible. One has to become a pure brahmana, control the mind and senses and discuss the SPG among sadhus
- There are so many big, big person, and they do not surrender to Krsna. So they are all mudhas? Yes, they are all mudhas. That is the verdict of the sastra. We cannot make any compromise. That is not possible, against the principle of the sastra
- There are so many speculators, theosophist, theologist, philosopher, Mayavadi. They are speculating about God by . . . but that, by that process, by speculative process, you cannot understand God. That is not possible
- There are two kinds of men already described, daiva asura eva ca. These two kinds of activities will go on. This is material world. You cannot find out cent percent perfect man. That is not possible
- There are very nice examples of minimizing. Minimizing all material necessities. Up to the point nil. You see? But that is not possible for everyone. Don't try to imitate Raghunatha dasa Gosvami
- There cannot be any peace in material life. That is not possible. We have to take therefore shelter of the lotus feet of the Lord. If we want to be happy, if we want to be peaceful, then this is the only way
- There is no difference between Bhagavad-gita and Bhagavan. Sabda-brahman. So Bhagavad-gita should not be taken as ordinary literature, that one can comment on it by so-called ABCD knowledge. No. That is not possible
- There is no exception. You cannot say that "Without going to a spiritual master, I shall learn the transcendental science." No, that is not possible
- There is no necessity to improve our material comforts. We cannot improve it. For example, just like a hog, he has got a particular type of body, he can eat stool. You cannot improve his eating process by giving him halava, that is not possible

- There must be capacity, there must be endeavor, there must be good fortune. It is not that you simply desire and it will drop from the sky. That is not possible
- These (illicit sex life, meat-eating and intoxication and gambling) are the four pillars of sinful life. If you allow people to indulge in sinful life, how you can expect good citizen? That is not possible. Their character must reform
- These are bad company. We cannot have any sympathy. We cannot make any compromise with everyone. That is not possible
- These foolish people, they do not know. They think that by interpreting Bhagavad-gita by their so-called rascaldom knowledge, they can reveal Bhagavad-gita. That is not possible. Naham prakasah yogamaya-samavrtah
- These modern philosophers or scientists may go on thinking that they can improve the world situation in their own way, but that is not possible. We are unhappy on account of being separated from Krsna
- These rascals, they are thinking that by so-called economic development, by exploiting material resources, we shall be happy. That is not possible. The best example your country has given
- These things (going to another girl and another man) should be stopped if you'll want to be serious; otherwise, make a farce and do whatever you like. I cannot give you protection. That is not possible
- These two classes of men, one is known as demigods, or servants of God, and another is called the servants of maya. Both of them are servants. Nobody is master. That is not possible
- They (devotees from Western countries) would never agree to sit down under the tree and imitating Rupa Gosvami. That is not possible
- They (those engaged in transcendental activities in different ways) may artificially think of becoming liberated without accepting the shelter of the lotus feet of the Lord, but that is not possible
- They are all trying: the scientists, philosophers, politicians, religionists, to make some adjustment, but that is not possible. We must understand the material platform. It is threefold miserable conditions
- They are fixed up in Krsna. That is a fact. That is a fact. You cannot bribe them to take from this Krsna consciousness. That is not possible
- They are thinking, "By adjustment of this material world, we shall be happy." That is not possible. The maya, the material energy, will not allow you to become perfect unless and until you surrender to Krsna. That is her business
- They are very few, always. You cannot expect that the whole world, whole population of the world, will become Vaisnava. That is not possible
- They gave up this, but that does not mean he became zero. Zero is sunyavadi, voidism. No, you cannot remain in zero. That is not possible. If you accept this void philosophy, to make everything zero, that is artificial. Then again you'll fall down
- They simply working hard, making plan to be happy. That is not possible. Therefore it is forbidden. Na yojayet karmasu karma-mudhan
- They think that one can improve. That is not possible. Unless he changes the quality, he cannot improve. That is not possible. They do not know it
- Things which are beyond our conception, that cannot be established simply by argument, logic, so-called science and philosophy, that is not possible
- This body, antavat, it will be finished. However you may try, so scientifically, applying cosmetic and other things, you cannot save the body. That is not possible
- This cheating process is going on. But you cannot cheat Krsna or maya, that is not possible
- This human civilization, human being, human form of life, was given by God or the nature for cultivating Krsna consciousness, spiritual. That is not possible in the lower form of life, animals, the cats and dogs
- This human form of life is meant for understanding what is Absolute Truth. Athato brahma jijnasa. The cats and dogs cannot inquire about what is Brahman. That is not possible
- This is the principle, that you cannot keep men in their impious activities, at the same time he becomes religious, or God conscious. That is not possible
- This is the qualification of God: He knows past, present and future. And those who are false God, they cannot say. That is not possible. This is the test. They are claiming, falsely claiming
- This material ocean, it has got limit. It cannot increase unlimitedly. That is not possible. Otherwise, how you could build these houses on the beach? No. It is ordered not to come forward beyond this line
- This world is so contaminated that you cannot make it completely free from contamination. That is not possible. Duhkhalayam asasvatam (BG 8.15). It is a place of miseries
- Those who are not devotees of the Lord, they cannot have any good qualities - That is not possible. "Why? There are so many big, big men, doctors, doctorate, having so big, big title from university." No
- Those who are very much attached to this material nature, they are unfortunate; they cannot understand Krsna or Krsna consciousness. That is not possible
- To cut off the tie of all other affections does not mean complete negation of the finer elements, like affection for someone else. This is not possible
- To desire like the dog, that is other desire, and to desire like a human being, that is real desire. Our philosophy does not teach to become desireless. That is not possible. Desire must be there. But it should not be other desire
- To err is human. That is a fact; everyone will agree. Yes. Nobody can say, "I never committed any mistake." Nobody can say that. That is not possible. So long we have got this bodily concept of life, this is mistake
- To err is human. There is no human being who can say boldly that, "I never committed any mistake." That is not possible
- To stick to Krsna bhajana is not so easy, that you will go on committing all sinful activities and you will become Krsna devotee. That is not possible. You have to give up, and you have to come

- Universal love can be possible when you actually love God. Samah sarvesu bhutesu. In material platform that is not possible. But a devotee, a pure lover of God, he loves everyone
- Unless one becomes a perfect devotee, he cannot become a bhadra, gentleman. That is not possible. Naradhamah, Krsna says, unless one is devotee, he is a duskrtina, most sinful man, naradhamah, and the lowest of the human being
- Unless one is situated in tranquillity of his mental position, one cannot understand the science of Krsna. That is not possible. One must become satisfied
- Unless the chemist or the soap-maker brings them together and mixes, the soap does not come. So how you can say that the chemical combination is the source of life? No, that is not possible. This is right conclusion
- Unless there is ukta, said by authorities, previous authorities, acaryas, you cannot say anything. This is called parampara. You try to understand with your intelligence, but you cannot make any addition or alteration. That is not possible
- Unless we are very sincere, we cannot cope with maya. That is not possible. If you remain a servant of maya, you cannot conquer over maya. You must be very sincere servant of Krsna. Then you can conquer
- Unless we have got krsna-prema, love for Krsna, how we can remain satisfied simply in the business of Krsna? That is not possible
- Unless we understand what is the wrong on the active principle of the body, the problems cannot be solved, just like if you cannot diagnose the disease, simply by symptomatic treatment you cannot make the man healthy. That is not possible
- Unless you become an apprentice of a bhakta, how you can attain bhakti? That is not possible
- Unless you develop love for Krsna, you cannot be engaged twenty-four hours. That is not possible
- Unless you eat nicely, unless you sleep nicely, unless you have your sense gratification, will you be happy simply by putting on a costly shirt and coat? No. That is not possible
- Unless you have got faith in the Vedic knowledge, you cannot make any progress. That is not possible. If you, with your poor fund of knowledge, you want to interpret, from the very beginning there is no question of progress
- Unless you surrender to Krsna, there is no possibility of getting out of the clutches of maya. That is not possible
- Unless you surrender unto Him (Lord Visnu), you again become obedient, there is no question of your goodness or your good or fortune. That is not possible

- We are actually suffering, sometimes as human being, sometimes as animal, sometimes as trees, sometimes as dog. So the mastership cannot be attained. That is not possible
- We are after happiness, every one of us. But we are seeking happiness in the perverted reflection. That is not possible. Therefore one has to give up this perverted happiness and come to the real fact
- We are all eternal. Na hanyate hanyamane sarire. We are not lost or dead on account of our annihilation of this body. That is not possible
- We are direct in touch with Krsna, but it is covered by some cloud of ignorance. Otherwise, nothing can exist without Krsna's touch. That is not possible. Maya tatam idam sarvam jagad avyakta-murtina (BG 9.4). One Krsna is expanded all over the creation
- We are imperfect. How we can speculate on Krsna? That is not . . . because there are certain persons, jnanis, they want to know. Just like theosophists, they want to know the Absolute Truth by speculation. But that is not possible
- We are now forgotten our intimate relationship with God. We cannot be disconnected. That is not possible. Because we are part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, there cannot be disconnection
- We are searching after some permanent place, permanent settlement on the world. Nobody wants to die, but that is not possible. But if there is possibility of going somewhere where no more death, why don't you search after that? That is intelligence
- We are so foolish, we are thinking that "God is dead, and I shall continue my life, and my wife, my children, my countrymen, my nation will save me." That is not possible
- We are suffering so much on account of being in the material world. Tri-tapa-yantana, threefold miseries. And everyone is trying to get out of the miseries, but that is not possible in the material world
- We are thinking independent and we are planning so many things independently to become happy. It is not possible. That is not possible. That is maya's illusory play
- We are thinking that we are very free to move in the sky with, what is called, sputniks. But you cannot go beyond your limitation. That is not possible. They are going to the moon planet, again coming back
- We can argue, a good argument, logic, that you won’t find life by combination of these material elements. That is not possible. Therefore a sane man must consider that life does not belong to these eight elements. This is dead matter. There is no life
- We can fulfill our desire also in proportion. Not that I am a small quantity of seawater, and I possess million tons of salt. That is not possible. This is most unscientific. You can possess according to the proportion of your existence
- We can say, "I am millionaires. I am proprietor of crores." But I cannot say that "I am the owner of all the banks of the world." That is not possible. But Krsna can say
- We can't be desireless. We can't be silent. But our desires, our activities, have to be purified. That is real knowledge. That is real knowledge. We'll desire only to serve Krsna. That is purification of desire. Not that desireless. That is not possible
- We cannot accept anyone as God. That is not possible. That is knowledge. Be convinced firmly, krsnas tu bhagavan svayam (SB 1.3.28) - Bhagavan means Krsna, nobody else
- We cannot actually solve the material problems. That is not possible. Material energy is so strong. Srsti-sthiti-pralaya-sadhana-saktir eka (Bs. 5.44). You cannot control over. Because real controller is Krsna
- We cannot apply experimental knowledge to find out who is my father. That is not possible. But how we can know? The know it . . . I can know from the authority of the mother
- We cannot approach the unlimited (Krsna) by our limited knowledge. That is not possible
- We cannot attain the position of predominator. That is not possible
- We cannot be desireless. We cannot be inactive. That is also not possible. We must be active - but active for working for Krsna. Then it is devotional life. That is being taught in Krsna consciousness movement, that it is not simply negation
- We cannot capture the greater than the greatest. That is not possible. Therefore it is His kindness that He has become just to be handled by you. This is called arca-murti, arca-vigraha. The Deity worship means arca-vigraha
- We cannot change the arrangement of the nature. That is not possible
- We cannot expect that all of a sudden, being addicted to so many bad habits, your countrymen, will give up eating flesh, taking intoxication, sex-life, and so many other nasty things, and become overnight great self-realized souls. That is not possible
- We cannot have perfect knowledge by our mental speculation. That is not possible. We have to receive knowledge from authorities. That is the process
- We cannot imitate the Lord, nor can we become the supreme enjoyer. This is not possible, and when we think it is, we become conditioned by maya
- We cannot immediately make an experiment and go there (where God lives). That is not possible. But we have so many descriptions of the supreme planet in Vedic literature
- We cannot jump over the highest authority directly. That is not possible. That is not the etiquette, or rules, regulation
- We cannot know Krsna cent percent. That is not possible. Krsna's energies are so multi
- We cannot manufacture God; neither we can speculate. That is not possible. But you can get some idea, but there is no possibility of getting perfect knowledge of God. God is unlimited. I am limited. So my speculative knowledge is limited
- We cannot remain without varieties. That is not possible. If there is nobody here, and you sit down, make meditation, you can sit down for fifteen minutes or twenty minutes, then you will go away
- We cannot surpass the vigilance of material nature by committing or by executing sinful life. That is not possible
- We cannot understand God by our senses, by seeing or by hearing or by tasting or by touching or by going. No. That is not possible
- We cannot understand God with these blunt senses. Atah sri-krsna-namadi na bhaved grahyam indriyaih (CC Madhya 17.136). The present senses, they are simply after material gratification. So how they can understand Krsna? That is not possible
- We cannot understand Krsna in full. That is not possible, because He's unlimited, and we are limited. So our power will fail to understand Krsna fully
- We have established the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. Anyone who is trying to be aloof from this Krishna Consciousness Society and yet engage in Krsna consciousness is living in a great hallucination, for this is not possible
- We have got our senses, and by senses we acquire knowledge. But God, God is not to be understood by this direct perception of the senses. That is not possible, because we cannot see directly God. We cannot smell God. We cannot hear
- We have got some controlling capacity, according to our capacity, but we are not the supreme controller. That is not possible. Supreme controller is Krsna
- We have manufactured such a nice medicine that cancer or any other disease will not attack us. That is very nice. But find out some medicine that death will not attack you, "Oh, that is not possible." Then where is the meaning of your advancement
- We have to become conservative, follow the rules. Not that we give liberty, that "Whatever you like, you do, and at the same time you make progress, spiritual life." That is not possible
- We have to become swans, raja-hamsa , paramahamsa , paramahamsa . Paramo nirmatsaranam. Then you can understand Krsna consciousness. If you remain crows, then you cannot, that is not possible
- We have to consider whether the leadership of Lenin is good, or the leadership of Krsna is good. That is another thing. But you have to accept one leader. You cannot do without leader. That is not possible
- We have to consult from the Vedas and from the right person. Tad-vijnanartham sa gurum eva abhigacchet: from the guru. Not that you purchase one book, Vedas, from the market, and you become a Vedantist. No. That is not possible
- We have to follow the injunction of the sastra. We cannot manufacture our own ways of spiritual advancement. That is not possible
- We have to see through the sastra. Not by these blunt eyes. That is not possible. So all these things should be discussed, should be understood, so long we are young, strong, brain is in order. Then our life will be successful
- We have to understand that fighting spirit is there in everyone. You cannot check it, you cannot stop it. We do not say stop. The Mayavadi philosopher says that "You stop this thing," but that is not possible. You cannot stop
- We may be very great man in the estimation of our friends and countrymen, but everyone is subjected to the miserable condition of life. They cannot make any solution. That is not possible
- We may not be as good as Krishna, and that is also not possible anyway. Krishna is great and we are minute particles. So how we can become as good as Krishna
- We may solve all these problem, the problem of material existence, birth, death, old age and disease, that cannot be stopped, either you become Brahma or something like that. That is not possible. That is possible only by Krsna consciousness
- We must admit our position that in the God's creation everything is inconceivable by us. We cannot calculate within our limitation. That is not possible
- We shall base our preaching work on Lord Caitanya's formula: sankirtana. After all, He is God, and if He recommends, what is the question of failure? that is not possible
- We shall go to the Krsna's temple, or we shall go for selling Krsna's books or meeting some Krsna devotee. That is nice. But you cannot stop working. That is not possible. Then your idle brain will be devil's workshop. Yes. Then you will fall down
- We should be always alert to test our advancement, how we are making advancement. Because unless we become first-class devotee, there is no question of our being relieved from this material condition of life. That is not possible
- We should be careful not to eat anything which is not offered to Krsna, prasadam. That should be determination. We cannot purchase things from the market and eat. No. That is not possible. We cannot eat
- We should not jump over Krsna without the help of guru. That is not possible. You must go through. Because Krsna says, "Actually one who is serious to understand higher transcendental subject matter, he must approach guru." These are Vedic injunction
- We should not try to understand Krsna by our small knowledge. Since we are imperfect, how can we speculate on Krsna? There are many people like jnanis and theosophists who try to understand the Absolute Truth by speculation, but this is not possible
- We show all respect to everyone, even to the ant, but that does not mean that any demigod, any damn, any rascal, should be worshiped as God? No. That is not possible
- We try to remain young by cosmetic, but that is not possible. Similarly, we want to live forever. The lady doctor was, "Yes, we can extend little more." Then what? After all, you have to die. Extend little more or little less, you cannot avoid death
- We want to become powerful here by so-called science, so-called yoga, kundalini and what other nonsense they are think... They are trying to be immortal, powerful. No, sir, that is not possible. It is not possible
- We want to cheat God and surpass Him, but this is not possible. People think themselves very advanced in knowledge, but actually, due to their pride, their knowledge is taken away by maya
- Well, you can live little longer, but you cannot live forever. That is not possible
- What capacity we have got to find out Krsna by research work? That's not possible. That is aksaja. Krsna is adhoksaja. Your paltry research work with limited power of sense, how you can find out Krsna? That's not possible
- What is the difference between these rascal Communists and capitalists? After all, they are animals. How they can make things better arrangement? That is not possible
- What you have helped? A man is dying ordinarily, and you have created atomic energy. You can kill thousands of men. So you have helped only in dying. But you have not helped in living. That is not possible
- Whatever God has given you, you be satisfied with that. Don't waste your time, that is not possible. Therefore your occupational duty should be... The highest occupational duty is suggested here, yato bhaktir adhoksaje
- When he becomes jolly, being situated in sattva-guna, at that time he can understand what is bhagavat-tattva, what is the Absolute Truth, not in the rajo-guna, tamo-guna. That is not possible
- When Krsna sucks my nipple, - she (Putana) thought, "the child will immediately die." But that was not possible
- When one gives up these material desires, then he is desireless. But one cannot be desireless. That is not possible. Then he is dead and gone. So desirelessness means no material desires
- When one sees only to the spiritual existence of a living entity, there is question of seeing equally, equal vision, universal brotherhood. That is possible. Not on the bodily platform. That is not possible
- When one spits on the sex pleasure, that means he is elevated in spiritual life. So in the material world that is not possible. But by training, by knowledge, one can be elevated. That is gurukula. So these are the general principles. Now arrange
- When there is no more sleeping, no more eating, no more mating and no more fearing, that is perfection of spiritual life. And that is not possible, but as much as possible
- Where can there be another person equal to God? That is not possible. God is asamordhva; that is, no one can be equal to or greater than Him. There cannot be any competition
- Where is the living entity who has no desires? That is not possible. If we kill somebody to make him desireless, that "If you are killed, then there will be no more desire," no, the desire will continue in the subtle body
- Where is your counteracting medicine for stopping death and disease? Disease is happening. You cannot make, manufacture any medicine that one tablet I take, I shall never be diseased or I shall never die. That is not possible
- Who can become desireless? It is not possible. If I am desireless, then I am a dead man. A dead man has no desire. So that is not possible. We have to purify the desires

- You may have some qualities, very minute quality of God, but you cannot claim that you are God. The same example: the small spark of fire is also fire. A small particle of gold is gold, but it cannot be compared with the gold mine. That is not possible
- You may open nice hospital, but you cannot stop death. That is not possible. You may invent nice medicine, up-to-date, scientific medicine, but you cannot stop the disease
