T

- The living entity in his pure state is conscious of the fact that he is a part and parcel of the Lord
- The living entity is actually part and parcel of the Supreme Personality of Godhead and is unaffected by material conditions, but because the mind (manah) is affected, the senses are affected, and the living entity struggles for existence

- The living entity's prime business is to satisfy the Lord because the living entity is part and parcel of the Lord
- The living entity, as part and parcel of the Lord, is partially independent because he partially possesses all the qualities of the Lord. Anyone who has some independence may sometimes misuse it due to ignorance

- The Lord is infallible in the material world because He is the supreme spiritual person. Similarly, the jivas, who are part and parcel of the Lord, can also become infallible

- The Lord says that His nature is eternal, blissful and full of knowledge, and the living entities are part and parcel of the Supreme, as gold particles are part of a gold mine. BG 1972 purports
- The Lord wants every one of His parts and parcels to attain eternal life and bliss by coming home to Godhead, and the whole material creation is meant for that objective
- The lotus is described here as effulgent as the glare of a thousand suns. This indicates that the living entities, as parts and parcels of the Supreme Lord, are also of the same quality, since the Lord also diffuses His bodily glare, known as brahmajyoti
- The Mayavadi philosophers, they claim that, "I am God." But we do not claim. We claim that we are part and parcel of God. As part and parcel of God, we have got the same quality. Just like minute particle of gold is also gold
- The original position is that each and every living entity is part and parcel of the Supreme Lord and as such it is the duty of every living entity to cooperate with the Supreme. This cooperation is devotional service
- The original position is that we are all part and parcel of Krsna, God. Mamaivamso jiva-bhutah (BG 15.7). Amsa. Amsa, not the full, not the whole. Part cannot be equal to the whole, but if the part is always attached to the whole, it has got value
- The part and parcel of the Supreme, they fall down - some of them - not all. So therefore the living entities, they are different from the Supreme. They are one in quality with the Supreme, but not in quantity
- The parts and parcels are never equal to the whole; therefore they cannot appreciate the Lord's full potency
- The parts and parcels of the Lord are endowed with specific powers for rendering service unto the Lord, just as a big business magnate's sons are empowered with specific powers of administration
- The position is that we are part and parcel of God. If God is good, we are also good. Just like gold and particle of gold. If gold is valuable, the little particle, it may be less valuable, but it is valuable
- The predominated living entities are part and parcel of God, in quality they are one with God
- The quality of fire, warmth, is the same everywhere, and the spiritual spark, or part and parcel of the Supreme Spirit, is the same in every living being; thus the potency of the Lord is distributed all over His creation
- The real independence of a living entity, who is part and parcel of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is to remain always dependent on the Supreme Lord, just like a child who plays in complete independence, guided by his parents, who watch over him
- The realization that one is the infinitesimal part and parcel of the Supreme Spirit makes him unattached to material, conditional life. That is the beginning of devotional service
- The religion of the finger is to give service to the body. Just like I am giving service this way, this way, and serve this way. So this part of this body is meant for giving service to the whole body. Similarly, we are part and parcel of the Supreme
- The separated parts and parcels are powerful by limitation. They do not have unlimited power like the visnu-tattvas
- The separated parts and parcels are the servitors, and the integrated plenary portions of visnu-tattvas are the worshipful objects of service
- The separated parts and parcels of the Lord entangled in the water of material existence have the quivering quality, whereas the Lord is like the actual moon in the sky, which is not at all in touch with water
- The soul is eternal and blissful because part and parcel of Krsna, God, sac-cid-ananda, eternal, full of bliss, full of knowledge
- The soul is part and parcel of the Supreme Being, who is sac-cid-ananda-vigrahah (Bs. 5.1) - the embodiment of knowledge, bliss, and eternity
- The soul, part and parcel of God, wanted to imitate God's supremacy, and they wanted to enjoy. But in the spiritual world there cannot be second enjoyer
- The spirit soul is ananda-moya avyasat. The nature of the spirit soul is joyful, happy, and because we are spark of that spiritual - we are spiritual spark, or part and parcel of the Supreme Lord - therefore our nature is to seek joy
- The spiritual being, the part and parcel of Krsna, God, accepts a material body by virtue of his own desires. Accepting two hands, two legs, and so on, the living entity fully enjoys the modes of material nature
- The spiritual entities are meant for enjoyment, as stated in the Vedanta-sutra (1.1.12): ananda-mayo 'bhyasat. By nature and constitution, every living being-including the Supreme Lord and each of His parts and parcels-is meant for eternal enjoyment
- The spiritual spark, which is part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, is the same whether he is in a body of a hog or in the body of a demigod
- The sun-god and the individual person, who are related as the controller and the controlled, are the same spiritual parts and parcels of the Supreme Being, and it is the Supreme Being who places different parts and parcels in different positions
- The superior energy is the living entity, who is part and parcel of the Supreme Lord. As parts and parcels, the living entities are not different from the Supreme Lord
- The Supreme Lord is always in His sac-cid-ananda (BS 5.1) form, but the living entity, although part and parcel of the Lord, becomes materially contaminated when he desires to come to the material world for material enjoyment
- The Supreme Lord is both the creator and the enjoyer, and the living entity, being part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, is neither the creator nor the enjoyer, but a cooperator. He is the created and the enjoyed. BG 1972 Introduction
- The Supreme Lord, Narayana, is the seed-giving father of all living entities because the living entities are parts and parcels of the Supreme Lord - mamaivamso ...jiva-bhutah
- The Supreme Personality of Godhead being equal to everyone, no one can be His enemy, nor can anyone be His friend. Since everyone is a part or son of the SPG, the Lord cannot be partial and regard someone as a friend and someone as an enemy
- The Supreme Personality of Godhead, however, is eternal, and similarly the living entities, who are parts of Him, are also eternal - mamaivamso jiva-loke jiva-bhutah sanatanah - BG 15.7
- The ultimate goal of the yoga system is to become one with the Absolute. This means finishing one’s personal existence. But the spiritual part and parcel of the Supreme Personality of Godhead has an eternal individual existence
- The whole process is that all living entities, being constitutionally parts and parcels of the supreme living being, the Absolute Personality of Godhead, have proportionately minute independence of action also
- The word amsamsah, which refers to part and parcel of a part and parcel. There are similar verses in the Caitanya-caritamrta which indicate that the Supreme Lord's parts and parcels again expand into other parts and parcels
- The word mamaivamsah (fragmental parts and parcels of the Supreme Lord) is also very significant. The fragmental portion of the Supreme Lord is not like some material broken part. BG 1972 purports
- The words atmanam atma-stham sarva-bhutesv avasthitam are also significant. The Personality of Godhead is the origin of all living entities. Because the living entities are parts and parcels of the Lord, He is the father of all of them
- The words nijam padam are significant. The living entity, being part and parcel of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, has the birthright to a position in Vaikunthaloka, or the spiritual world, where there is no anxiety
- Then (after manifestation of 26 qualities) we understand, "Oh, here is actually a pure devotee." A pure devotee cannot be contaminated, just like God cannot be contaminated. But we are part and parcel, a small God
- There are different grades of forms, known as svamsa and vibhinnamsa. The svamsa expansions, or visnu-tattva, are the Supreme Personality of Godhead, whereas the vibhinnamsa are jiva-tattva, who are part and parcel of the Lord
- There are innumerable suns and innumerable planetary systems also. As infinitesimal parts and parcels of the Supreme Lord, we small creatures are trying to dominate these unlimited planets. Thus we take repeated birth and death
- There are so many living entities, and they are all part and parcel of God. Just like the sunshine, the sun globe and the sun-god. The sun-god is within the sun globe, and the inhabitants of the sun globe, they are all very glowing, luminous
- There is no question of becoming one. Past, present, future, always we are distinct. So how they can be one, sanatana? We are part and parcel sanatana, eternally. But in quality we are one
- There is not even the slightest difference between the potency of the Supreme Person and that of His plenary expansion as Paramatma. But the vibhinnamsa parts and parcels possess only a minute portion of the potencies of the Lord
- These Hare Krsna chanters, they will never agree to kill any animal, even a plant, because they know everything is part and parcel of God. Why unnecessarily one should be killed? That is love
- These living entities, they are My (Krsna's) part and parcel, or they are as good as I am, part and parcel. A small particle of gold is gold. It is no other thing. Similarly, we, being part and parcel of God, we are also the same quality
- They (demigods) are only the parts and parcels of the original whole
- They (devotees) look upon everyone as a spirit soul who is part and parcel of the Supreme Lord. Thus they are competent to search for the Supreme Personality of Godhead
- They are (the individual parts and parcels) proportionately freed from the coverings of ignorance under material existence according to different levels of work and under different influences of the modes of material nature
- This (SB 8.3.22-24) is a summary description of the SP of Godhead's unlimited potency. That supreme one is acting in different phases by manifesting His parts and parcels, which are all simultaneously differently situated by His different potencies
- This Brahma, or Aja, is also a living being, part and parcel of the Lord, but being the most pious devotee of the Lord, Brahma is inspired by the Lord to create, subsequent to the main creation by the Lord, through the agency of material nature
- This finger can be said "body," "It is my body." But the real identification of this part of the body is called "finger." Similarly, we may be called God, because we are part and parcel of God - not the original God
- This God consciousness movement is increasing because it is natural. Everyone is part and parcel, just like father and the son - there is natural affinity due to blood relationship
- This is a false theory, that chemical can create life. It is nonsense. Life is never created. Life is already there. God is already there, and the part and particles, molecules, of life, was already there
- This is his real suffering. He's part and parcel of God. Qualitatively, he's as good as God, but he's suffering. Why he's suffering? Manah sasthanindriyani prakrti-sthani karsati (BG 15.7). He has come to this material world
- This is real knowledge of science of God that - I am part and parcel of God, so my duty is that everything is nicely done, everything is nicely preserved, everything is nicely utilized for the service of God
- This Krsna consciousness movement is bhagavata-dharma, to teach throughout the whole world that God is great and we are small particle part and parcel of God, our duty is to serve God, that is bhakti
- This realization. Prasannatma. He has no enemy. He becomes enemyless immediately, because he sees everyone part and parcel of God, everything energy of God, everything belongs to God, everything enjoyable by God, by Krsna
- This sense of God-mindedness will diminish one's pride in challenging the existence of God. Thus one can learn to show respect to everything, for all things are parts and parcels of the supreme body
- To advance in devotional service, a devotee should see other living entities as spiritual sparks, parts and parcels of the Supreme Lord. A devotee is to offer respect to every entity that has a relationship with the Lord
- To become happy, to become joyful, that is your right because you are part and parcel of Krsna, God. He is sac-cid-ananda-vigrahah - Bs. 5.1
- To think that God has lost His personality because His many parts and parcels are distributed all over the universe is an illusion. That is a material calculation. Such calculations are possible only under the influence of the material energy, maya
- Together these are called the cit potency, and they are present in full in the Supreme Lord. For the living entities, who are part and parcel of the Lord, the pleasure potency in the material world is sometimes displeasing and sometimes mixed
U
- Under the influence of material nature, foolish and ignorant living beings who are but parts and parcels of the Lord try to conjecture about the Lord's transcendental position
- Understanding of this position (one is part and parcel of God) is called Brahman realization, spiritual realization, and it is this realization that Krsna Himself comes to this world to reestablish
- Uttama-adhikari knows that there is no essential difference between a vastly learned brahmana and a dog in the street, because both of them are part and parcel of the Lord
W
- We are all parts and parcels of the Supreme. When we train ourselves to move and act in accordance with supreme consciousness, then we become transcendental to all these pious or impious activities. That is the technique
- We are different parts and parcels of Krsna, God, we must act accordingly. Just like my hand. If the hand is in proper place, he can act nicely. But if I cut the leg and make hand, then it is all lost. One must act according to his qualification
- We are now forgotten our intimate relationship with God. We cannot be disconnected. That is not possible. Because we are part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, there cannot be disconnection
- We are part and parcel of God, a minute particle; still, we have got so many potencies. Every man, not only man, the animals also, they have got various potencies, creative energy. So just imagine how much creative energies and potencies are there in God
- We are part and parcel of God, but if we fall down from the association of God, then we appear like material. But we are not material. It appears that extinguished
- We are part and parcel of God, every one of us. So we remain always pure, but account of material attachment, we are suffering. This is the position
- We are part and parcel of God, Krsna, but Krsna is acyuta; He does not fall down. We fall down. This is the difference. Just like the fire, big fire, and the sparks, they are also fire
- We are part and parcel of God, Krsna, Visnu. We are suffering on account of our relationship with God. This is the cause of our suffering. Then we have to make plan how to revive our lost relationship with God
- We are part and parcel of God, or Krsna. When we are engaged in transcendental loving service of God, that is our healthy condition. That is our natural condition. That is our situation in Brahman, aham brahmasmi
- We are part and parcel of God. Somehow or other, we are now in this material existence. So the real aim of life is to return to the spiritual world, where there is no struggle for existence - blissful, happy life
- We are part and parcel of God. We have got little independence. But if we misuse it, then we shall be punished. So there is no question of independence. Independence, little; that is interdependence, not independence
- We are part and parcel of Krsna or God sanatana, eternally, not that at the present moment I have become separated from the spirit soul, and when I shall be uncovered by this gross and subtle body, we shall become one
- We are part and parcel of the Supreme Brahma, aham brahmasmi. This is the philosophy that, "I am not this matter; I am Brahman." This knowledge required. This knowledge, this brahma-jnana knowledge, is being imparted in the beginning of the Bhagavad-gita
- We are sac-cid-ananda-vigraha (Bs. 5.1), eternal, blissful and full of knowledge, and part and parcel of the Supreme
- We are simultaneously one and different. As part and parcel in quality, we are one; but in quantity God is great, we are small particle
- We are small particles, part and parcel of the Supreme, and they are distributed all over His creation, brahma-jyotir. That is nirakara. But this brahma-jyotir is not the ultimate truth
- We are sons of God, part and parcels of God, and God means almighty. So we have got almighty father, and leaving His place, I have come to this material world to enjoy independently. That is criminality. And we are suffering
- We are suffering, we are manufacturing so many philosophical ways, but actual position is - that is the statement of Bhagavad-gita - that we are part and parcel of Krsna, God
- We being part and parcel of God, Krsna, our only business is to serve Krsna. We have no other business. As soon as we are engaged in other business, that is our abnormal condition
- We do not mean birth beginning historically from a certain day and ending on a certain day. No; the soul is not like that - it has no beginning, and it has no end. But in the Bhagavad-gita it is said that the soul is part and parcel of God
- We have come to this material world and suffering, but the living entity is part and parcel of Krsna, or God. How he has come to this material world? That is very intelligent question
- We have to develop real knowledge. The real knowledge is that God is one, God is great, we are part and parcel of God, and therefore we have to serve God. This is knowledge
- We have to eat the animal; therefore there is no punishment for animal killing. - But God is for everyone the same. Every living entity is part and parcel of God. So they have been given an opportunity to undergo the punishment or enjoyment
- We invite everyone. We have no such discrimination that black, white, Hindu, Muslim, Christian, no. Anyone. It is universal. Because we consider every living entity is part and parcel of God. That is a fact
- We living entities, being part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, when we rebel, that is our diseased condition. We . . . when we don't want to render service to the Lord, that is a state which is called demonic state
- We living entities, we are like that - a small particle, part and parcel of God. So we are also brightening, shining. We are not dull
- We living entities, we are part and parcel of God. Our original position is purified, but at the present moment we are contaminated. So by chanting the holy name of the Lord we become purified
- We living entities, we being part and parcel of God, Krsna, our only business is to serve Krsna. We have no other business
- We may have different bodies, but they are our shirt-coats. That has nothing to do with our real identity. Our real identity is pure soul, and that pure soul is part and parcel of the Supreme Lord
- We must remember always that we are part and parcel of God. So we have all the good qualities of God; that is our nature. Just like the drop of the ocean water, it has got all the qualities of the ocean
- We should know also our relationship with God. And that is stated in the Bhagavad-gita. Our relationship with God is that we are all part and parcel of God
- We should understand fully that we are simply qualitatively one with God, but quantitatively, God is great and we are very minute particle. This is self-realization. Therefore part and parcel. Mamaivamso jiva-bhutah
- We spirit soul, we are as pure as God. God is pure. In the Bhagavad-gita Krsna is addressed as param dhama pavitram paramam bhavan (BG 10.12). Pavitram means the purest. So we are part and parcel of God; we are also purest
- We understand from Bhagavad-gita that living entities, all of us, we are part and parcel, minute particle, of the Supreme Spirit. The Supreme Spirit is called param brahma
- What is that sublime and pure knowledge? It is the knowledge that we are part and parcel of God and that we are to dovetail our consciousness with the Supreme Consciousness. This is the purest knowledge in the material world
- What is this soul? The soul is a part of the Supreme Lord. As we want to protect the hand or the finger because it is a part of the whole body, similarly we try to save ourselves because this is the defending process of the Supreme
- What is this spirit soul? Naturally, part and parcel of God. Therefore as spirit soul my duty is to serve God. That is religion, plain thing
- Whatever we see here, the richest man in the world, that is only minute particle of the richness of God. Because we are part and parcel, minute part and parcel, therefore we have got all the opulences in minute form
- When both of them will come to the clear consciousness that "I am part and parcel of God; my duty is to serve God," that is Krsna consciousness
- When God's part and parcel is especially empowered, he is called saktyavesa-avatara
- When King Prthu is described as an incarnation of Lord Visnu, it should be understood that he is a saktyavesa-avatara, part and parcel of Lord Visnu, and is specifically empowered by Him

- When one understands that the soul is part and parcel of the supreme soul and one thus engages in the devotional service of the supreme soul, one becomes siddha-sat-tama. One is then eligible to live in the Vaikuntha planets or Krsnaloka
- When the living entity becomes free from false ego, he understands his superior position as a spirit soul, part and parcel of the pleasure potency of the Lord
- When the part-and-parcel living entity forgets his particular activities under the Lord's will, he is considered to be in maya, illusion
- When you're actually on the platform of love of God, you understand your relationship with God: "I am part & parcel of God - and this dog is also part & parcel of God. And so is every other living entity." Then you'll extend your love to the animals also
- Whether they are born through an embryo, eggs, perspiration or seeds, all living entities in the 8,400,000 species of life are parts and parcels of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and each therefore is an individual spiritual spark and soul
- Why I shall steal? There is enough food. But because I haven't got this knowledge that "God is the proprietor. I am His part and parcel, son. So if He has provided food for the elephant, who eats at a time forty kilos, I cannot eat?" This is knowledge
- Why there are so many varieties. The living entity is the same, a spiritual spark, part and parcel of Krsna, or God, but why they have assumed these different types of body calculated to be 8,400,000 forms? But each form is part and parcel of God
Y
- You are dressed with shirt and coat in different colors and different shape. Similarly, the living entity - it does not matter whether he is a man or animal - he is part and parcel of God, but he desired certain dress or certain body, so nature, has given
- You are part and parcel of God. In this material condition you are not happy. If you go back to home, back to Godhead, you will be happy. So this philosophy we do not know in detail whether Christianity teaches
- You are part and parcel of God. Who can deny it? There is no secrecy
- You are part and parcel of God. Who can deny it? There is no secrecy. As you are part and parcel of your father - God is the supreme father - so you are the part and parcel of your father, and it is your duty to love God
- You have no love, because you are accustomed to kill. Philosophy begins when you know that everyone is part and parcel of God, and everyone should be given the full facilities to live without injuring anyone for one's personal benefit
- You have to change your desire. That is KC movement. Sarvopadhi-vinirmuktam. You have to understand that - I am not this body. I am neither Indian, nor American, nor Russian. I am part and parcel of God. Therefore my business is to serve God
- You should know that you are eternal part and parcel of God. God is eternal. Just like gold and a small particle of gold, both of them are gold. A small particle of gold is not equal to the gold mine. That is real understanding
- You will see every living entity as part and parcel of God. So Krsna realization and God realization makes you universally conscious that everyone is part and parcel of God and that situation is very nice, that is called spiritual life
- Your constitutional position as part and parcel of God is never to be changed. You may accept a faith as Christianity or accept a faith, Mohammedanism. That is a mental situation
