- A class of common men claim that one can accept many different paths & still reach the same place, & they maintain that the Supreme Absolute Truth may be worshiped either as the Goddess Kali, or Goddess Durga, or Lord Siva, Ganesa, Rama, Hari, or Brahma
- A class of common men maintain that it does not matter how the Absolute Truth is addressed, for all names are one and the same. They give the example of a man with many names; if he is called by any of those names, he will answer

- Liquor shop is licensed by the government. Does it mean the government is encouraging that, "You become drunkard"? But government is giving this license because there is a class of men who must drink
- Lord Buddha is accepted as an incarnation of Krsna in the Srimad-Bhagavatam, but in the same Srimad-Bhagavatam it is stated that Lord Buddha appeared in order to bewilder the atheist class of men
- Lord Caitanya's Sankirtana movement gives spiritual life to all living entities by dint of its transcendental radiation, and also it prevents the demonic class of men from overwhelming the pious class of men
- Lord Krsna is not affected by such determination of men of Kamsa's class, but in order to play the role of a child He agreed to be carried by His father to the cow pastures of Nanda Maharaja because Vasudeva was afraid of Kamsa

- Naradhama means the lowest of the mankind. And mayaya apahrta-jnanah, those whose knowledge have been taken by maya, asuram bhavam asritah. These classes of men do not surrender unto Krsna. We are not manufacturing these words
- Neither it is radio message or football club or so many things. No. It is meant for the common class of men. Srotavyadini rajendra nrnam (SB 2.1.2). Nrnam means common people
- Next class (of men) is trying to be successful by material opulence, by earning money, the mercantile community. They are third class

- Of all classes of men, the brahmanas and the Vaisnavas should be given special protection
- Of the different classes of men-karmis, jnanis and yogis - the karmis are those who are engaged in the activities of sense gratification

- People should be trained, as Krsna said in the beginning, that catur-varnyam maya srstam guna-karma-vibhagasah (BG 4.13). The four classes of men, according to quality, they should be engaged in different types of occupation, guna-karma
- People, they are interested for success of this human form of life. They are called brahmin. And the next class of men, they are interested for political power, next important class

- Questions and answers among different classes of men have different value. Inquiries by mercantile men in a business exchange cannot be expected to be highly purposeful in spiritual values
- Questions and answers by different classes of men can be guessed by the caliber of the persons concerned. In Bhagavad-gita, the discussion was between Lord Sri Krsna and Arjuna, the Supreme Person and the supreme devotee respectively

- Sacrifice, offering, these things are there. But the main thing is chanting Hare Krsna mantra. That is sufficient. So in our society we want to establish divine society. Therefore there is need of all classes of men and all classes of social orders
- Since the Vedic society is divided into four classes of men - the brahmanas, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras - their means of livelihood are also mentioned in the scriptures
- So according to this varnasrama, there must be training. Some classes of men must be trained as nice brahmanas. Some people must be trained as nice ksatriyas
