- Bali Maharaja is the grandson of Prahlada Maharaja. They are demonic family. So amongst the demons, many devotees came out. So to become devotee does not depend on particular family, this or that. No. Anyone can become devotee
- Bali Maharaja then disappeared and resorted to demoniac illusions. A giant mountain, generated from illusion, then appeared above the heads of the demigod soldiers
- Bali Maharaja's wife, who was most intelligent, supported the arrest of her husband and accused him of having no intelligence because he had claimed proprietorship of the property of the Lord. Such a claim is a sign of demoniac life
- Because demoniac people want to be cheated, so many cheaters are present to cheat them

- Demons think that they will manufacture their own process of yajna and prepare some machine, by which they will be able to reach any higher planet. The best example of such a demoniac man was Ravana. BG 1972 purports
- Devaki said "You have been advised by demoniac friends to kill my children. But now I beg you to excuse this girl at least. Let her live as my daughter"
- Disturbances similar to those created by Hiranyakasipu are now taking place all over the world because of demoniac governments
- Divine nature has been explained in various ways from the very beginning (of BG). Now Krsna is explaining about the demonic nature. The first characteristic of demonic nature is they do not know what should be proper and improper action

- Even in the days of yore Prahlada Maharaja, who was engaged in the devotional service of the Lord, was harassed by his demoniac father, Hiranyakasipu
- Everyone achieves . . . whatever facilities he has got in his life, it is all from Krsna. Without Krsna, nobody can have anything, either demonic or devotional

- I (Prahlada Maharaja) offer my respectful obeisances unto Lord Nrsimhadeva, the source of all power. O my Lord who possesses nails and teeth just like thunderbolts, kindly vanquish our demonlike desires for fruitive activity in this material world
- I am God. I can do anything. This is demonic attitude. Completely being dependent, as soon as the death comes, immediately we have to leave this position. "Sir, let me stay for one hour more." "No, not even a minute." This is our position
- I came to the U.S.A. just to try to give a chance to as many people as possible to take to Krishna Consciousness, because it is the only hope for humanity in this increasingly demoniac, godless age

- Some of the members of the demoniac civilization, like Prahlada Maharaja, may become the handle for the axe, to assist Lord Visnu, and thus the entire forest of demoniac civilization can be cut to pieces
- Sometimes demoniac nonbelievers, not understanding the potency of the holy name, make fun of the Vaisnavas when the Vaisnavas chant the Hare Krsna maha-mantra. This joking is also beneficial for such persons
- Sometimes in Western countries a trespasser is shot, and there is no crime in such shooting. This is the position of demoniac householders, and such houses are considered to be the residential quarters of venomous snakes
- Sometimes the demoniac arrange for so-called sports, like tennis, with the opposite sex. The purpose of such sporting is to see the bodily construction of the beautiful girl and enjoy a subtle sex mentality
- Sometimes the Lord becomes angry. As He says in Bhagavad-gita (BG 16.19): Those who are envious and mischievous, who are the lowest among men, are cast by Me into the ocean of material existence, into various demoniac species of life
- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu has prescribed: Let people chant the Hare Krsna mantra constantly. Then their demoniac tendencies will be killed, and they will become first-class devotees, happy in this life and in the next
- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu says that the living entity, since time immemorial, is suffering the threefold miseries of material nature due to his demoniac attitude, which is his spirit of revolt against the Supreme Personality of Godhead
- Sri Krsna further characterizes the mudhas (BG 9.12): Those who are thus bewildered are attracted by demonic & atheistic views. In that deluded condition, their hopes for liberation, their fruitive activities, & their culture of knowledge are all defeated

- Their (the demoniac people's) plans for life are never finished, and they go on preparing plan after plan, all of which are never finished. BG 1972 purports
- There are many demoniac people, and each is enemy to the others. This enmity becomes more and more deep-between persons, then between families, then between societies, and at last between nations. BG 1972 purports
- There are two classes of men in the created world. One consists of the demoniac and the other of the godly. The devotees of Lord Visnu are the godly, whereas those who are just the opposite are called demons
- There are two kinds of people all over the universe. There is asuraloka and devaloka, planet. So devasura fight. That is going on perpetually, daiva and asura, demonic nature and divine nature
- There is a Bengali saying that if a vulture curses a cow to die, the curse will not be effective. Similarly, accusations made by demoniac persons against devotees of Krsna cannot have any effect

- There was Hiranyakasipu and there was Prahlada. Prahlada was being supplied spiritual advancement of life, necessities, and Hiranyakasipu was being supplied for demonic status of life. So it is Krsna's pleasure that whatever you want, you can get it
- There's another reference to the forest of Naimisaranya in the Varaha Purana, where it's stated that by performance of sacrifice at this place, the strength of demoniac people is curtailed. Thus brahmanas prefer Naimisaranya for sacrificial performances
- There, on that hill, Sukracarya brought to life all the dead demoniac soldiers who had not lost their heads, trunks and limbs. He achieved this by his own mantra, known as Samjivani
- These (BG 16.4) demoniac qualities are taken on by them (the demoniac) from the beginning of their bodies in the wombs of their mothers, and as they grow they manifest all these inauspicious qualities. BG 1972 purports

- These (demoniac) speculators are envious of the existence of the Lord. Jagad ahur anisvaram: their conclusion is that the entire cosmic manifestation has no controller, but is just working naturally
- These (not attracted to hear the glories of devotional service and manufacturing own way of elevation) are some of the defects of human society, which lead to the demoniac status of life. BG 1972 purports
- These demons they say that this is asatya, this is untruth. There is no cause. There is no isvara. This is the demoniac declaration. If Krsna is fact, His creation is fact. His energy is fact. We don't say it is false. The Mayavadis say it is false
- These two personal assistants of the Supreme Lord, having been cursed, have been destined to take birth in demoniac families. After a few such births, they will return to their own positions
- They (atheists) are always very eager to establish that Lord Krsna was an ordinary man who was killed by a hunter due to His (Krsna's) many impious acts in plotting to kill the sons of Dhrtarastra and Jarasandha, the demoniac kings of the earth
- They (demoniac persons) advise that one can satisfy the senses and at the same time, by reciting some mantra and by some practice, can aspire for perfection. Such persons are described here as hata-medhasah, which means those whose brains are spoiled
- They (demoniac persons) aspire for material enjoyment by perfection of yoga or meditation. In Bhagavad-gita it is stated by the Lord that the intelligence of those who worship the demigods has been spoiled
- They (demonic miscreants) think that the body of any human being is now simply covered by material nature and that as soon as one is liberated from this material body there is no difference between God and himself. BG 1972 purports
- They (demonic people) will tolerate all kinds of noise - barking of the dogs, the motorcar passing, the aeroplane on overhead - but as soon as there is kirtana, they're disturbed
- They (demonic people) will tolerate so many different types of noise, but they'll not tolerate kirtana. That is from the very beginning
- They (devotees spreading Krsna consciousness) must rest assured that demoniac attacks will not be able to harm them, for the Lord is always prepared to give them protection
- They (scientists, philosophers, economists and mathematicians) waste time and energy in the search for so-called happiness. These are the qualifications of the demons. In BG 9.11 it says that when one has all these demonic qualities, he becomes a mudha

- They (the demoniac speculators) are kept in constant darkness, birth after birth, and cannot understand the real cause of all causes. This is the reason why there are so many schools of philosophical speculation
- They (the demoniac) believe that to gratify the senses unto the end of life is the prime necessity of human civilization. Thus there is no end to their anxiety. BG 16.11-12 - 1972
- They (the demoniac) do everything whimsically, according to their own desire, and they do not recognize any authority. BG 1972 purports
- They (the demoniac) do not believe in life after death, and they do not believe that one takes on different types of bodies according to one's karma, or activities in this world. BG 1972 purports
- They (the demoniac) have no knowledge and cannot tell that they are heading the wrong way. Accepting nonpermanent things, such demoniac people create their own God, create their own hymns and chant accordingly. BG 1972 purports
- They (the demoniac) have their own theory: that the world has come about in its own way and that there is no reason to believe that there is a God behind it. BG 1972 purports
- They cannot make even one egg, and they are going to manufacture life? And we have to believe it? They are lunatics, this is demoniac. They want to compete with God
- Thinking Him (Caitanya) to be one of the ordinary living entities, they discriminate between Gaurasundara and Sri Krsna. Such understanding is also demoniac and is against the conclusion of the acaryas. Such a conclusion is a product of Kali-yuga
- This (reforming society with qualified brahmanas) can be done by expanding the culture of Srimad-Bhagavatam all over the world. In the degraded condition of human society, the Lord incarnates as the Kalki avatara and kills all the demonic without mercy
- This activity (of preparing food, offering it to the Deity and distributing) should be extended universally to stop sinful eating habits as well as other behavior befitting only demons. A demoniac civilization will never bring peace within the world
- This demon (friend of Kamsa) was foaming at the mouth, waving his arms and rolling on the ground. This demonic demonstration is in relationship with Krsna in ghastly humor. This mellow or flavor is one of the indirect relationships with Krsna

- This process of concentrating on the different bodily parts of the Lord will gradually diminish the demoniac challenge of godlessness and bring about gradual development of devotional service to the Lord

- This world is very awful. Anyone is ready to create some disturbance, especially they are very much apt to disturb Krishna Consciousness persons because that is the way of demoniac life
