- A child talks all foolish things; nobody cares for it. But the same child, when he gets another body, if he talks foolish, then he will be called, "Oh, you are so fool, you are talking like this." Because the body has changed

- Either you are born in a very big family or nation, or either you have got a very advanced academic education, at the time of death your work will be judged and you will get another body according to that work
- Entangled means for one resultant action we are now, we have got this body. Again we are going to take another material body. So this is a chain of birth and death

- Ghostly life means one who has misused this life, this body, and by his whims he has killed this body. He becomes ghost. That means he will have to suffer for so many day, then he'll get another material body
- God is always beside us, present in our hearts. When we leave the body, God also goes with us, and when we take on another body, He goes with us there just to see what we are doing. When shall we turn our face towards Him? He is always waiting
- God is not responsible for the living entity's accepting different types of bodies. One has to accept a body according to the laws of nature and one's own karma

- He (a qualified brahmana) can understand what his past life was, why he is in the present body, & how he can obtain liberation from the clutches of maya & not accept another material body. This is all possible when one is situated in the mode of goodness
- He (the jnani) knows that all of these (riches and wealth) apply but to the body and that when the body is finished, they also go. When the body dies, one is no longer a rich man but a spirit soul, and according to his work, he has to enter another body

- Karmis certainly take on one body after another. As far as jnanis are concerned, unless they are promoted to the topmost understanding, they must return to the material world

- Many men come here and by their talents, earn huge amounts of money, but it remains here, and he goes alone with his works only to accept another different kind of body, forgetting everything behind
- Material nature is very strong, and the material modes force one to accept another body. This force is visible when the living entity transmigrates from a superior body to an inferior one

- Narada Muni says in this verse (SB 4.29.62) that at death one takes his plans with him (grhniyat), and to execute these plans he gets another body. This is called punar bhavah
- Narada spoke as follows: "In the bodily concept of existence, everyone is driven by material desires, and thus everyone develops new material bodies one after another in the cycle of birth and death"

- One is advised that an intelligent person, instead of being entangled in so-called good & bad fruitive activities, should engage his life in advancing in KC so that instead of accepting another material body he will return home, back to Godhead

- Pavarga means "material existence." In material existence, one always works very hard but is ultimately baffled. One then dies & has to accept another body to work very hard again. This is the cycle of material existence. Apavarga means just the opposite
- People may say, "A karmi is dying and bhakta is dying. What is the benefit?" No. He's not dying, but he is dying or giving up this body for living forever. And the nondevotees, he is dying to accept another body. That is the difference
- People should be informed that "Yes, there is sex after death. Why there is no sex? Because there is life after death. You get another body. Maybe a god's body, demigod's body, or dog's body, you'll get another body"

- Sensual images are recorded in the mind in chronological order, and they become manifest one after another; therefore the living entity has to accept one body after another
- Since the living entities are never destroyed, the annihilation of the material world does not annihilate the existence of the living entities, but until liberation is attained one has to accept one material body after another, again and again

- The living entity receives different types of bodies according to karma. One living entity may receive a cat body, another a dog body, and so forth
- The Lord is conscious of all of His previous appearances and disappearances, but a common living entity forgets everything about his past body as soon as he gets another body. BG 1972 purports

- Transcendental knowledge is described in the Bhagavad-gita (BG 2.13): tatha dehantara-praptir dhiras tatra na muhyati. When someone dies, he accepts another body; therefore sober persons do not lament
- Transmigration of the soul means the soul is twice covered - subtle body and gross body, just like shirt and coat. So when this gross body is finished, the subtle body is there. It takes you to another body

- You are changing your body from childhood, from babyhood to childhood, childhood to boyhood, boyhood to youth-hood, in this way we have got different bodies in this life, in this span of life. Similarly, after this body you will have to accept another
- You cannot get out of it so long you do not stop acceptance of another material body. That is called real liberation, no more accepting material body
- You have to accept another body after this. So what kind of body I am going to get? Is it not the point of consideration? But there is no education on this point
- You will have to accept another body. And what is that body? That is not stated. That will be decided at the end of your life, at the time of your death, at the condition of your mind and intelligence at that time
