- A King is not meant simply to realize taxes from the citizens and accumulate wealth to spend in sense gratification. World monarchy has failed ever since kings began to satisfy their personal senses with the taxes accumulated from the citizens
- A king, there must be one king responsible. But he was guided by the ministers and learned brahmanas, sages. There was a body to guide him, to train him. Therefore, the monarchical government was perfect
- A monarch is certainly a representative of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. As stated in the Bhagavad-gita, sarva-loka-mahesvaram: (BG 5.29) the Supreme Personality of Godhead is the proprietor of all planetary systems
