How Nanda Maharaja can become the father of Krsna? No. That father means

Actually He (Krsna) descended for His pure devotees, to play as a child with mother Yasoda and Nanda Maharaja and to give pleasure to the inhabitants of Dvaraka

At Akrura’s request, Krsna and Balarama left the house of Nanda Maharaja for Mathura. At that time the mind of Srimati Radharani was disrupted, and She became almost mad because of extreme separation from Krsna
At first, Nanda Maharaja was not willing to do this, but out of affection for Krsna, he finally agreed
At the beginning of this chapter 7 (of SB Canto 10), two extra verses sometimes appear: In this way, to chastise and kill the demons, the child Krsna demonstrated many activities in the house of Nanda, & the inhabitants of Vraja enjoyed these incidents

Just like the father is the body - giving person, seed, seed-giving father, similarly, Krsna, although He is the origin of everything, but still, He is born by the seed of Nanda Maharaja. This is Krsna-lila
