- A God conscious person does not say, "God, You please do everything for me and let me smoke ganja." Rather, a God conscious person must work for God
- A spiritual master means he does not place anything which is not in the scriptures. Similarly, sadhu, saintly person, also does not say anything which is not mentioned in the scriptures. He does not manufacture anything by mental concoction
- Actually the maha-bhagavata, he has many things to say, but because he's preacher he does not say everything to the neophyte devotees. Because they are not competent to accept that

- Because he is godless, he did not say, "Even God cannot kill me." That he forgot. In this way he took benediction that "I shall not die on the land." "Yes." "I shall not die on the water." - Yes
- Buddha had to deny the existence of the soul because their brain will not tolerate such things. Therefore he did not say anything about the soul or God. He said that "You stop animal killing." If I pinch you, you feel pain. So why give pain to others?
- By contrast, a pure devotee like King Kulasekhara has complete knowledge of both matter and spirit. He does not say that everything material is false, yet he has nothing to do with anything material, from heaven down to hell

- Limited means if you understand that, "I am bound up. I am going round the law," that is all right. But don't say that - Beyond this limit there is nothing
- Lord Buddha appeared to stop animal-killing, ahimsa. He did not say anything more. His only mission was, "Let these rascals first of all stop this animal-killing, they'll understand further about spiritual advancement''
- Lord Buddha did not say about the activities of spiritual life. He simply gave hint that there, that matter is false. Matter is generated by spirit. Spirit is the real, principal thing
- Lord Siva does not say this (that surrendering to the demigods is as good as surrendering unto Vasudeva) because he himself surrenders unto Vasudeva, and whoever else surrenders unto Vasudeva is very, very dear to him. This is expressed openly

- Mayavadi philosophers say that we have to imagine the form of the Lord, but here Narada Muni does not say that. Rather, he gives the description of the Lord from authoritative sources

- Vaisnava philosophers say that the Absolute Truth God is described as nirguna because He has no material qualities. This is not to say that He has no spiritual qualities
- Vyasadeva specifically means here, bhagavan uvaca. He does not say krsna uvaca, because sometimes Krsna is misunderstood by the fools. So bhagavan uvaca, this word, means whatever He says, there is no defect or deficiencies
W
- We are propagating, teaching people how to love God. That is our mission. We don't say that you become Christian or Hindu or Muslim . . . No. You become a lover of God. So comparatively, the process which we are recommending, that is the easiest process
- We cannot say that the sunshine is false and that the sun is true. If the sun is true, the sunshine is also true. Similarly, we do not say that the material universe is false. It may be temporary, but it is not false
- We do not say anything that can be defied by anyone. That experience we have. Rather, we defy everyone: "Any questions?" Till now, Krsna has given us protection. In big, big meetings in big, big countries, after speaking I ask, - Any questions

- We don't say that "I say this. I have manufactured this. I have become very big man, God." We don't say that nonsense. It is all nonsense. Simply carry the message of Krsna; then you are perfect
- We don't say that woman should be exploited by men. We say the man should be responsible and give protection to woman
- We don't say, "I am Krsna; follow my order." We never say that. We simply ask people, - Please abide by the order of Krsna
- We don't say: "Oh, money is material. I do not touch. My hand becomes turned up." No. We don't say all these nonsense philosophy. We know the money, laksmi, is Krsna's property, so it should be engaged in Krsna's service
- We don’t say it is bad, but it is not wanted. It is not that we are not eating meat, it is not that we are dying. So it is not wanted
- We don’t say that "Don’t eat, don’t sleep, don’t have sex, don’t defend." We don’t say that. But regulate. Regulate. You see?
- When Arjuna, denied to fight, Krsna accused him that "You are talking like non-Aryans. You are not Aryan." Anarya-justam, akirti-karam arjuna (BG 2.2) - You are talking like a non-Aryan, and which will defame your reputation. Don't say like that
- Whomever you meet, you simply speak to him the instruction of Krsna. Then you become guru. And if you don't say that, if you manufacture your own words, then you are cheater, you are not teacher
