- It is described that due to their lusty desires they have lost their intelligence, and therefore they have taken to worshiping the different demigods

- One who desires to be beautiful should worship the beautiful residents of the Gandharva planet
- One who diverts his mind to worshiping many demigods to obtain material happiness is considered bereft of intelligence
- One who engages in the transcendental loving service of the Supreme Lord does not need to worship any demigod, nor does he have any tendency to show disrespect to the demigods

- The impersonalists are supposed to be situated in the mode of goodness, and they worship five kinds of demigods. They worship the impersonal Visnu, or Visnu form in the material world, which is known as philosophized Visnu. BG 1972 purports
