- That (our Vaisnava standard) is sufficient for Madhvacarya, Ramanujacarya, it was sufficient for Lord Chaitanya, six Gosvamis, for Bhaktivinode Thakur, for my Guru Maharaj Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati, for me, for all big big saints and acaryas in our line
- That is the highest perfection (giving up everything - family, prestige and honor), but that is not possible for ordinary living entities. We should, however, follow the Gosvamis in their determination to worship Krsna
- That is the instruction of the Gosvamis. Anasaktasya visayan yatharham upayunjatah. Don't be attached to the bodily demands. Bodily demands means eating, sleeping, sex life, and defending. These are bodily demands

- The Gosvami's business is to do, how to save these people, these rascals, from this repetition of birth and death
- The Gosvami's siddhanta, that Krsna is one. There is no rivalry with Krsna. God is one. Eka-brahma dvitiya nasti. There cannot be many Gods. So when God, Krsna, wants to enjoy His pleasure potency, that is Radharani
- The Gosvamis are crying, "Where is Krsna? Where is Radharani?" They're crying: ghosantav iti sarvato vraja-pure khedair maha-vihvalau. Mad. Mad after. This is the process of krsna-bhajana. Not that "I've seen just last night Krsna dancing with the gopis"
- The Gosvamis carried out the preaching work of devotional service on the basis of an analytical study of all confidential Vedic literatures. This was in compliance with the order of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu
- The Gosvamis cried, "O gopis, where are You? Where are You, Srimati Radharani?" They never said, "We have now seen Radha and Krsna, and therefore our mission is fulfilled." Their mission remained always unfulfilled; they never met Radha and Krsna
- The Gosvamis never said, "We have seen Krsna." This is the recommended process - worship in separation

- The Lord is understood only in pursuance of the principles laid down by the Gosvamis, headed by Svarupa Damodara
- The most important, because they (five thousand temples) were established by the Gosvamis - Rupa, Sanatana, Bhatta Raghunatha, Sri Jiva, Gopala Bhatta, Dasa Raghunatha - the six Gosvamis, direct disciple of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu

- They (Gosvamis) had no collection. And they had no preaching mission. They were simply writing books. Nana-sastra-vicaranaika-nipunau, very expert to study different scriptures, just to get the essence of scripture and give to the people
- They (six Gosvamis) have chalked out ways for all classes of men in terms of the different castes and orders of life in pursuance of the teachings of Srimad-Bhagavatam and similar other authoritative scriptures
