- Five thousand years ago, what was predicted (in SB), that is now happening. Therefore we give so much stress on the sastra that it is perfect. There is no mistake. If you write one book, I write one book, because we are imperfect, it is all imperfect
- Five thousand years this prediction (of the Srimad-Bhagavatam (12.2.6)) is there, "In this Kali-yuga people will keep long hair, and . . . because that will be appreciated, that a man keeping long hair is very beautiful." So that is happening

- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is predicted in the Srimad-Bhagavatam and other scriptures as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. We do not accept Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu simply because He was a saintly person
- Srimad-Bhagavatam says, and we can actually see, that in Kali-yuga about eighty percent of the people are sinful. Illicit sex life, intoxication, meat-eating, and gambling are the four pillars of sinful life

- The characteristics of this age predicted by Srimad-Bhagavatam are already being experienced to some degree. Since Kali-yuga is a very miserable age, Caitanya Mahaprabhu, who is Sri Krsna Himself, advises everyone simply to chant Hare Krsna
- The descriptions of the Bhagavatam are so precise and accurate that whatever has been predicted in this great literature about five thousand years ago is now exactly happening. Therefore, the vision of the author comprehends past, present and future
- The Srimad-Bhagavatam was written five thousand years ago. So at that time the prediction is there that in the Kali-yuga the meat-eaters will be unlawful and they will especially eat cows and bulls
