- A detailed description of the ways in which the various expansions and incarnations of Godhead are developed is to be found in the author's Teachings of Lord Chaitanya (New York: 1968) in Chapters VI, VII and VIII

- The author (of Caitanya-caritamrta, Krsnadasa Kaviraja Gosvami) wants to establish first that the essence of the Vedas is the visnu-tattva, the Absolute Truth, Visnu, the all-pervading Godhead

- Those who are trying to find the Supreme Godhead by mental speculation may approach the bodily effulgence, or the impersonal Brahman
- Those who are trying to find the Supreme Godhead by yoga practice may find Him as the localized Supersoul, but those who are directly trying to approach the Supreme Truth by practice of bhakti-yoga can see Him face to face as the Supreme Person
- Those who do everything for the transcendental service of the Personality of Godhead, Sri Krsna, have no need to perform any sacrifice, penance, or meditation that is unrelated to the service of Godhead
- To stop the cycle of birth and death, one has to understand Krsna as He is. Simply by knowing Krsna, one can stop the process of rebirth into this material world. By acting in Krsna consciousness, one can return to Godhead

- Unalloyed devotional service in favor of the Supreme Lord was displayed at Vrndavana when the Lord descended there, and thus the yoga exhibited by the gopis of Vrndavana is the highest unalloyed love of Godhead, the perfection of bhakti-yoga
- Unless one hears the science of Godhead from the bona fide representative of the disciplic succession, as above mentioned (SB 2.7.51), for one to understand the theme of the science of Godhead will be a difficult job

- Visnu is manifested by His millions and billions of integrated forms & separated forms. The integrated forms are called Godhead & the separated forms are called the living entities or the jivas. Both the jivas & Godhead have their original spiritual forms
- Vrtrasura told Indra, "If you want to kill me, since I am your enemy, take this opportunity. Kill me. You will gain victory, and I shall go back to Godhead. Your deed will be equally beneficial for both of us. Do it immediately"

- We are accepting the Srimad-Bhagavatam as it is without interpretation and in that book in the 3rd chapter of the 1st canto all the incarnations of Godhead are listed
