- People do not know what is the next step in evolution, but that is explained in Bhagavad-gita (9.25). Yanti deva-vrata devan. As the next step in evolution, one may, if one desires, go to a higher planetary system

- Satyam param dhimahi. If one is after truth, he'll appreciate truth wherever it is. Every point, from any angle of vision, those who are searching after truth, everything is explained - primarily in the BG, and elaborately in the Srimad-Bhagavatam
- Sei purusa maya-pane kare avadhana. Simply by His (Krsna's) glance, material nature is impregnated with all living entities. According to their karma and fruitive activity, they emerge in different bodies. That is the explanation given by the BG - 2.13
- Seventh Chapter (BG) particularly explains how one can become a fully Krsna conscious person. The beginning of Krsna consciousness is association of persons who are Krsna conscious. BG 1972 purports
- Sevonmukhe hi jihvadau svayam eva sphuraty adah: (Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu 1.2.234) one can understand the Supreme Personality of Godhead only through devotional service. This is also explained by God Himself in Bhagavad-gita - BG 18.55
- Simply by becoming an academic scholar one cannot understand the Vedic statements; one has to approach the real authority who has received the Vedic knowledge by disciplic succession, as clearly explained in the Bhagavad-gita
- So long you are in the material world, such problems will come and go. They're not permanent. That is explained in the Bhagavad-gita: agamapayinah anityah tams titiksasva bharata. These problems, they'll come and they will go, just like seasonal changes
- Some less intelligent men say that Bhagavad-gita is not meant for householders, but such foolish men forget that Bhagavad-gita was explained to Arjuna, a grhastha (family man), and spoken by the Lord in His role as a grhastha
- Spirit is never pierced, burnt, dried, moistened, etc. This is vividly explained in the Bhagavad-gita
- Spiritual life leads us to our original constitutional position free from all designations. This is explained in the Bhagavad Gita as brahmabhutah status
- Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura gives the following explanation in his Tathya. The word sravana refers to giving aural reception to the holy name and descriptions of the Lord's form, qualities, entourage and pastimes as explained in SB, BG etc
- Srila Sukadeva Gosvami was a liberated soul, and thus he remained always alert not to be trapped by the illusory energy. In the Bhagavad-gita this alertness is very lucidly explained
- Srila Vyasadeva is advised by Srila Narada to expand this idea in the Bhagavatam. In the Bhagavad-gita also the same idea is explained: surrender fully unto the lotus feet of the Lord. That is the only business of the perfect human being

- That which is relative, temporary and far away from the Absolute Truth is called maya, or ignorance. This illusion is exhibited in two ways, as explained in the Bhagavad-gita
