D
- Dharma, it cannot be changed. Either you are Hindu, either you are Muslim, either you are Christian, either you are Buddha, the dharma, the implication of the word dharma, that you cannot change
- Don't think that we are after vegetarian, nonvegetarian. No. That is not our philosophy. Because either you take vegetable or you take meat, you are killing. And you have to kill, otherwise you cannot live. That is nature's way
E
- Either you accept it directly or you try to understand through philosophy and science. We have got so many books. So kindly take advantage of this movement
- Either you are born in a very big family or nation, or either you have got a very advanced academic education, at the time of death your work will be judged and you will get another body according to that work
- Either you are in jail life or you are in free life, you are always under government control. Similarly, either we remain in the material world or we remain in the spiritual world, we are controlled by Krsna
- Either you are in temple or outside the temple, you'll be able to see Krsna always - if you practice
- Either you are rich man or poor man or American or Indian or white or black, it doesn't matter. The problems, the four problems of material existence, will always trouble you
- Either you become Communist, Socialist or Capitalist or this "ist" or that "ist," the real disease is bhoga-vancha

- Either you change your faith or don't change your faith, your character is still to serve, will continue. That is the reality. That is sanatana. Sanatana means eternal
- Either you eat meat or vegetables, if it is eaten for my satisfaction of the tongue, you become implicated in sinful activities, and you have to suffer the reaction
- Either you follow Bhagavad-gita or Bible as they are, then you become gradually perfect. The difficulty is they do not follow. And still they're claiming, "I am Christian," "I am Hindu," "I am this," "I am that." Rubber stamp. No qualification
- Either you follow the father or you follow the servant, in the absolute world there is no such difference. It is called advaya-jnana, - no duality
- Either you follow the principles of sruti, Vedas, followed by smrti, puranadi, or you follow the pancaratriki-vidhi
- Either you go to Brahmaloka or Patalaloka or any loka, this form or that body, you will have to go through these four principles of material condition: birth, death, old age and disease. That is not possible to overcome
- Either you hear from Krsna or from Krsna's representative. Just like Arjuna is hearing from Krsna, and you hear from Arjuna. Then you get the perfect instruction

- Either you love your family or your country or your society or your wife, your children, by loving there is happiness. But this loving process is not giving us happiness. We are becoming frustrated

- Either you say Absolute Truth or the Supersoul, the same thing. But this life is meant for understanding. If we miss this opportunity, we do not know where we are going. The defect of the modern civilization is they don't care. Hedonism, Carvaka's theory
- Either you say Krsna or you say Superconsciousness. Superconsciousness is impersonal conception of Krsna, & Krsna is personal conception of Superconsciousness. Because Krsna means He's not only superconscious, but He's supreme bliss and supreme knowledge
- Either you select Buddha or Lenin or somebody else, you have to accept one leader and follow

- Government creates university also, or government creates prison house also. But it is your freedom. You make your choice: either you go to the university or you go to the prison house. It is your choice
H
- He (one who becomes Krsna conscious) thinks everything is all the same. "Either you put me in the hell or heaven or this or that, it is all the same." Because he is always with Krsna, chanting Hare Krsna
- How you can say there is no soul? The same symptoms of life there. Just like the symptoms of life means it takes birth at a certain date, then it grows, it stays, it gives some by-products, then dwindles, then vanishes. Either you take tree or human body
I
- I don't belong to this material world and so nice division, - either you call brahmana, ksatriya, vaisya, or American, Indian. "No. Purely I am spirit soul, and my business is to serve Krsna." Then you will be able to control your senses
- I wanted some quotation from a place of this Teachings of Lord Caitanya. So the man came, he said: "Swamiji, first of all I must buy this book. Either you accept or not accept our quotation, what price I shall pay you?" I said - Give me six dollars
- If I go away from the within the body, then there is no more seeking after happiness. Either you throw it on the street or it is in extreme cold or extreme heat, it doesn't matter. Then who is seeking happiness? That they do not know
- If there was no consciousness either in you or I, then I could not chant, neither you could hear, or neither you could chant, neither I could hear. So therefore the position of the consciousness is activity

- In the position of Radharani He (Lord Caitanya) is requesting Krsna, "My dear Krsna, You can treat me in any way You like, either You love me or trample me, You kick me, but I cannot forget You are my always unconditionally the Lord." This is pure love
K
- Kirtana means kirtayati, glorifying. That is kirtana. So either you sing musically or you speak devotionally, both of them are kirtana. Just like Sukadeva Gosvami, he continually spoke to Maharaja Pariksit

N
- Never mind either you follow Muhammad, either you follow Jesus Christ or Krsna. Of course, Krsna is the Supreme Lord, and Jesus Christ is represented as the son of God, and Muhammad presented himself as servant of God. So there is no difference

S

- Sisya means who abides by the rules. Or English "discipline." Either you take English or Sanskrit, the same meaning. Sisya means who accepts the ruling of his spiritual master; and disciple means the same thing

- So long you identify with this material body, either you become a sannyasi with some beard or a grhastha without some beard, the same thing, identifying with the body. So ceto-darpana-marjanam means to become free from the bodily designation
- So one has to keep himself in goodness, and that goodness means one should follow the prohibitions. Either you follow the Ten Commandments or these four commandments, the same thing

- Sri Nama, CD 3 - Either you stay at your home as a householder, or you stay in the forest as the renounced order of life, it does not make difference, but you have to chant the maha-mantra, Hare Krsna

- That is Bhagavatam's instruction: "Don't accept guru, don't accept father, don't accept . . . or don't be father, don't be mother, don't be . . . if you cannot stop death." Either you don't accept, or don't become
- That is our conclusion, that either you remain this side or that side, it is miserable. By mental concoction you think that "This is better than that." Therefore Krsna says frankly, sarva-dharman parityajya (BG 18.66). That is only shelter

- When I say that "You are young man. You'll become old man," either you are Christian or Hindu, Muslim, this is a fact. So don't bring in "The Christian believe this" or "Hindu believe this." Fact is fact
- When you engage yourself in Krsna consciousness, either you are a brahmana, ksatriya or vaisya or sudra, then you are transcendental immediately
- Where is that body, lying down on the lap of mother or sister? Either you say it has grown or not grown. According to medical science, it is not grown; it is changed. The body is changing

- Within this material world you cannot avoid these four principles of miserable condition: birth, death, old age and disease. That you cannot avoid, either you take your birth as Lord Brahma or take your birth as insignificant ant. These things will go on
Y

- You have mentioned about your dilemma between Krsna and your parents, and in this connection I may inform you that parents are available in any kind of birth. Either you take your birth as a human being or as an animal, there is a set of parents
- You remain in your position. Don't change. Either you are brahmana or sudra or grhastha or sannyasi, it doesn't matter. But you hear about Krsna. This is the process
