My dear brother Sankar,
Please accept my blessings. I am currently now in Los Angeles. Tomorrow I am going to Mexico. After returning from there I will again go to Portland and this time I will go to London for Rath Yatra. The house you have written is very costly. Presently where we are staying in Albert road has no issue, we are paying only Rs 1100 as rent of that house. But if you keep Rs 600000 (6 lakh) in bank then you will get Rs 48000 as interest at the end of one year or Rs 4000 monthly. Therefore I do not feel to purchase the house with so much money.
