- He (a visayi) acts as a karmi, jnani, yogi or something else, according to his desire, but he does not know that the activities of karma, jnana and yoga simply bind one to the cycle of birth and death

- If he (the living entity) again misses the opportunity (of the human form of life), he is again put into the cycle of birth and death, going sometimes higher and sometimes lower, turning on the samsara-cakra, the wheel of material existence
- If I take the process, how to get out of this cycle of birth and death, then our human life is successful. This is Krsna consciousness movement
- If one misses this opportunity (attach mind to Krsna), one does not know where he is going, how long he will remain in the cycle of birth and death, and when he will again achieve the human form of life and the chance to return home, back to Godhead

- My Dear Lord, I am not afraid of this your fierceful feature, but I am afraid of the repeated cycle of birth and death in the material existence
- My only request is that Krsna consciousness movement is the most scientific movement to save the human society from falling down again in the cycle of birth and death

- Narada spoke as follows: "In the bodily concept of existence, everyone is driven by material desires, and thus everyone develops new material bodies one after another in the cycle of birth and death"
- No living entity is free from the cycle of birth and death unless he takes to Krsna consciousness
- Nondevotees are perpetually put into the cycle of birth and death. This is a very miserable condition. Because one's position in life is attained according to one's activities, the asuras, or nondevotees, are put into such miserable conditions
- Not knowing the real science of life, a foolish person engages in the temporary activities of this life and thus becomes further entangled in the cycle of birth and death

- One cannot be liberated from the cycle of birth and death, known as transmigration of the soul, unless one is completely freed from all sinful activities. The best process, therefore, is to take to Krsna consciousness
- One cannot surpass the cycle of birth and death unless one is favored by the Supreme Personality of Godhead
- One has to take birth according to one's activities of life. And, after finishing one term of activities, one has to die to take birth for the next. In this way the cycle of birth & death is revolving, one after the other without liberation. BG 1972 pur
- One has to utilize intelligence to get out of the cycle of birth and death. One who does not do so is a miser, just like a person who has immense wealth but does not utilize it, keeping it simply to see
- One should not be very much anxious about economic development and unnecessarily waste time and energy with the risk of falling down in the cycle of birth and death
- One who does not attain shelter at the lotus feet of Krsna must certainly wander up and down within the cycle of birth and death
- One who is fully aware of this truth (if one is promoted to Brahmaloka, but he is not freed from material bondage he must return to this planet earth) is self-realized (sa atma-drk), but aside from him, everyone suffers in the cycle of birth and death
- Only misers desire to enjoy the fruit of their own work just to be further entangled in material bondage. Except for work in KC, all activities are abominable because they continually bind the worker to the cycle of birth and death. BG 1972 purports
- Other life forms are also subject to the cycle of birth and death, but when the living entity attains a human life, he gets a chance to get free from the chains of karma
- Others (those who are not advanced in yoga) have no control-if by accident they leave at an auspicious moment, then they will not return to the cycle of birth and death, but if not, then there is every possibility that they will have to return. BG 1972 p
- Our mission is to save human society from the pitfalls of incarnating again in the cycle of birth and death
- Our present position is that we have got this human form of life after a great evolutionary process & this is the opportunity to understand Krishna, & revive our original consciousness without which we are sure to go back to the cycle of birth and death

- People are in darkness, and they have to be enlightened. We have finally come from the animal kingdom to the human form, and now this human form gives us the opportunity to get out of the cycle of birth and death
- People don't know what is the real suffering of his life. Deham punar janma naiti mam eti. That is the real suffering - cycle of birth and death
- Persons who are not conversant with this method of devotional service certainly cannot get out of the cycle of birth and death

- Saving means saving oneself from this repetition, cycle of birth and death. That is real saving. But they do not know
- Such a person is truly intelligent, whereas others, who have but a poor fund of knowledge, must endure the cycle of repeated birth and death. Of all sacrificial performances, the chanting of the Lord's holy name is the most sublime
- Such persons (who are interested in trivarga) are killing themselves by willingly keeping themselves in the cycle of birth and death. They cannot be interested in Krsna consciousness

- Take up the process which is recommended in the Bhagavad-gita for becoming freed from the cycle of birth and death, and thus go back to the kingdom of God to render eternal service to Him
- The aim of life should be to make a sincere effort to go "Back to Godhead'' but contrary to this, the tendency is to go back to hell or in the cycle of evolutionary animal life as it is described in the 16th chapter of Bhagavad-gita
- The Bhagavata says: "One should not become a father, one should not become a mother, unless they are able to protect the children from the imminent danger of death." What is that? The cycle of birth and death

- The dream of material life is the cause of bondage in the cycle of birth and death, and therefore one should give up this dream. Consequently, in the human form of life one's attachment for his wife should be given up

- The karmis transmigrate through different bodies in the cycle of birth and death, sometimes going upward and sometimes downward, thus suffering the results of their actions in the karma-cakra, the cycle of birth and death
- The living entity is rotating in the cycle of birth and death, going sometimes to the higher planets and sometimes to the lower planets, but that is not the solution to the problems of life
- The living entity must have some activity. If he does not engage in the activity of transcendental service, he must fall down to material activity. As soon as one falls down to material activity, there is no rescue from the cycle of birth and death
- The Lord is stated here to be Bhagavan, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, indicating that He is full of all opulences and is therefore perfectly competent to deliver one from the cycle of birth and death
- The mahatma's perfection is this: to utilize the human form of life and the resources of nature to extricate himself from the cycle of birth and death
- The messenger said, "Dear Lord, we are not among these surrendered souls; we are still within the duality and illusion of this material existence. We therefore take shelter of Your lotus feet, for we are afraid of the cycle of birth and death"
- The perfection of human life is to develop one's dormant love for God, and thus be released from the terrible cycle of birth and death. People are so foolish that they simply waste time in temporary pursuits of material happiness
- The personified Vedas continued, "By attempting to worship a demigod or by taking to any other process of self-realization, the living entity becomes a victim of the cycle of birth and death"
- The personified Vedas continued, "Such pure devotees, thoroughly engaged in Krsna consciousness, very easily overcome the cycle of birth and death, and they as much as jump over the head of death"
- The propensity for material enjoyment never ends. Therefore the cycle of birth and death continues, and the spirit soul suffers perpetually
- The purport is that instead of being elevated to the spiritual world where there is no longer any possibility of coming down, one simply revolves in the cycle of birth and death on higher and lower planetary systems. BG 1972 purports

- Unless one gets the opportunity to associate with a bona fide spiritual master by the grace of the Lord, there is no possibility of one's liberation from the cycle of birth and death in the different species of life
- Unless one is KC, nobody can escape the cycle of birth and death. Nobody can. This is the only process if you want to stop. After giving up this body. You get immediately transferred to the spiritual world, & you get your eternal, blissful knowledge life

- We are so fool that we are always on the brink of dangerous position... If we don't utilize this life properly, I may fall down again to the cycle of birth and death

- While rotating in the cycle of birth and death again and again in different species because of his own fruitive activities, the dependent living entity, by good fortune, may happen to become a human being. This human birth is very rarely obtained
- Why I shall become hogs and dogs and again I shall put myself in the cycle of birth and death? I have got this life after so many evolutionary process. Why not practice little tapasya in this life? This is knowledge

- You have got this human form of body. Now you get up and get out of these clutches of cycle of birth and death
- You have to educate yourself how your soul can be saved from this cycle of birth and death within the species of 8,400,000's in different planets and different places
- You have to purify yourself. Sinful activities will involve you more and more in the cycle of birth and death
- You must decide whether you want to stop this evolutionary process, cycle of birth and death, and go back to home, back to Godhead, or if you want to continue again the cycle of birth and death
- Your external energy, called deva-maya, at once captures the newly born child, and immediately false identification, which is the beginning of the cycle of continual birth and death, begins
- Yudhisthira said, "Being constantly engaged in Krsna conscious service, they are freed from the cycle of repeated birth and death"
