- We have created dharma in two categories: one for enjoyment and one for renouncement. Both these things have to be given up. Neither enjoyment, nor renouncement. Then what is this philosophy? The philosophy is that you cannot renounce anything
- We have to eat in such proportion and such kind of food that inside intestines may remain always clear. In a Bengali proverb there is a saying that bhuri and muri. If your these two things are very clear, then there is no question of disease
- We shall avoid these two things - laziness and sleeping. Of course, as much you require, sleeping allowed, not more than. And keep everyone active, man or woman - all. Then it will be ideal society
- When the things we possess are destroyed then there will be lamentation. This is called material life. Material life- hankering and lamentation. And when you are in the brahma-bhḻta stage then these two things will be absent
- With only these two things, cows and grain, humanity can solve its eating problem
- Without temple worship, you cannot keep yourself pure and clean. The two things must go on, parallel. Then there is success
