- After dispatching His (Lord Krsna's) queens along with their children and sending their necessary luggage ahead, He mounted His chariot, which bore the flag marked with the symbol of Garuda
- All of us are children of Krsna, God, and since we are unhappy because of taking material bodies for repeated birth, death, old age, and disease, He is more unhappy than we are
- Altogether Lord Krsna had 16,108 queens at Dvaraka, and in each of them He begot ten children. All these children grew up, and each had as many children as the father. The aggregate of the family numbered 10,000,000
- Arjuna and Krsna was of the same age, but Arjuna looks older; Krsna looks younger. And Krsna at that time had great-grandchildren. His grandchildren & His grandchildren's children were present at that time. The whole family extended to about ten millions
- At that time, when Krsna and Balarama, along with Their wives, children and relatives, sat down in that great sacrificial arena, it appeared that the SP of Godhead was present along with all the living entities and multienergies that are part of Him
H
- He (Krsna) played the part of an ideal householder possessing more than 16,000 wives, 16,000 palaces and 160,000 children
- He (Narada) found Krsna living differently in each of the sixteen thousand palaces. In one palace He was talking with His wife, in another He was playing with His children, in another He was arranging for the marriage of His sons and daughters
- He (Narada) then entered another palace. This time Naradaji saw that Lord Krsna was engaged as an affectionate father petting His small children
- How can one who is full in Himself (God) take pleasure in the association of many women? How can He take wives and, just like a householder, take pleasure in the association of family members, children, relatives and parents
I
- If you have got more than wife, a few years after, you become impotent. But Krsna, in each wife He begotten ten children. - I will give you ten child
- In Laksmana's svayamvara assembly, when the girl was to select her husband, Samba appeared. He was a son of Krsna's by Jambavati, one of Lord Krsna's chief wives. This son Samba was so named because he was a pet child and always lived close to his mother
- In this way (Krsna talking with His wife, playing with His children) He was engaged in varied pastimes in all of the sixteen thousand palaces
- It's not that because he (a man) has produced hundreds of children, he is finished. So, similarly, God or Krsna, in spite of His unlimited number of children, is there. (Iso Invocation): purnasya purnam adaya purnam evavasisyate
K
- Krishna is never apart from us. Either He remains in the heart of the material body, or He remains in the heart of the spiritual body. This is Krishna's Causeless Mercy to all of His beloved children, or living entities
- Krsna is showing the life of a grhastha: early rising, giving in charity to the Brahmins, and living daily duty. Still, He has got children, getting children married somehow or another
- Krsna lived with wives and children in all opulence, exactly like an ordinary conditioned soul, just to teach those souls who are actually conditioned that they must enter into the family circle of Krsna, where He is the center
- Krsna personally comes to canvass. Because we are all Krsna's children, He's very sorry that we are in this miserable condition of life. He's very sorry
T
- The Supreme Father, Sri Krsna, has created us for His enjoyment, not to create distress. Although we are Krsna's children, we have given up our Supreme Father because we wish to enjoy ourselves independently. Consequently we are suffering
- There are many other evidences, if you believe in sastra: Krsna married 16,108 wives, and He provided each one of them with a big palace, and each one of them had 10 children, and from the 10 children there were many other children born
- These different activities (talking with His wife, petting His children, performing some household duty) are conducted by the Lord when He is in His "emotional" forms, which are known as vaibhava-prakasa expansions
- They (Krsna's 160,000 children) had ten children again. This is Yadu family. This is Krsna's family. So many, one person. And that is called Bhagavan
- They could not arouse Krsna's mind or His sexual appetite. This means that Krsna never had any sexual relations with any of His many wives, save and except to beget children
W
- We are all children of the Supreme Father, and in Bhagavad-gita (14.4) Krsna claims all species of life as His children
- We should remain child. But they are going to become Krsna. That is nonsense. That is nonsense. If you remain a child of Krsna, that is real sense. And as soon as I want to become Krsna, that is rascaldom
- With each queen, Krsna Himself was in a different form, and He was acting in different ways. In one form He was engaged in playing with His children, and in yet another form He was performing some household work
