Srimad-Bhagavatam

SB Canto 4

SB 4.1.20, Purport: It appears that the great sage Atri Muni had no specific idea of the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Of course, he must have been conversant with the Vedic information that there is a Supreme Personality of Godhead who is the creator of the universe

SB 4.21.22, Purport: according to Vedic information, the Supreme Lord maintains all living entities, and especially human beings, to elevate them to the highest perfection.

SB 4.29.42-44, Purport: According to Western theory, all the stars are different suns, but according to Vedic information, there is only one sun within this universe.

SB Canto 7

SB 7.4.5-7, Purport: Of course, it is not possible to convince modern scientists of the Vedic information about the universe.

SB 7.9.31, Purport: O son of Pṛthā, know that I am the original seed of all existences." In the Vedic literature it is said, īśāvāsyam idaṁ sarvam [Īśo mantra 1], yato vā imāni bhūtāni jāyante and sarvaṁ khalv idaṁ brahma. All this Vedic information indicates that there is only one God and that there is nothing else but Him.

SB Canto 9

SB 9.3.11, Purport: Modern medical science has not yet discovered how to bring a dead body back to life or bring youthful energy to an old body, but from these verses we can understand that such treatment is possible if one is able to take knowledge from the Vedic information.

SB 9.14.3, Purport: According to the Vedic description, Soma, the moon-god, was born from the mind of the Supreme Personality of Godhead (candramā manaso jātaḥ). But here we find that Soma was born from the tears in the eyes of Atri. This appears contradictory to the Vedic information, but actually it is not, for this birth of the moon is understood to have taken place in another millennium.

Sri Caitanya-caritamrta

CC Madhya-lila

CC Madhya 6.161, Translation: The Supreme Personality of Godhead is full with six opulences. All of these potencies are on the transcendental platform. To understand the Supreme Personality of Godhead as impersonal and devoid of potency is to go completely against Vedic information.

CC Madhya 8.264, Purport: The heart of Brahmā was enlightened by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. This is Vedic information given in the Śvetāśvatara Upaniṣad (6.18)

Easy Journey to Other Planets

Easy Journey to other Planets, Chapter 2: The duration of life on the moon, according to Vedic information, is ten thousand years, and one day there is equal to six months here. Thus ten thousand multiplied by one hundred eighty years is the duration of life on the moon. However, it is impossible for earthmen to go to the moon and live there for very long. Otherwise the whole Vedic literature would be false.

Krsna, The Supreme Personality of Godhead

Krsna Book, Chapter 6: Because Pūtanā came to take Kṛṣṇa on her lap and offer her breast milk to be sucked by Him, she was accepted by Kṛṣṇa as one of His mothers. That is considered to be another reason He closed His eyes: He had to kill a nurse or mother. But His killing of His mother or nurse was no different from His love for His real mother or His foster mother, Yaśodā. We further understand from Vedic information that Pūtanā was also treated as a mother and given the same facility as Yaśodā. As Yaśodā was given liberation from the material world, Pūtanā was also given liberation.

Krsna Book, Chapter 47: From Vedic information it is understood that the Supreme Lord has multi-energies: parāsya śaktir vividhaiva śrūyate [Cc. Madhya 13.65, purport].

Krsna Book, Chapter 87: The personified Vedas continued to pray. “Dear Lord,” they said, “from all Vedic information it is understood that You are the supreme controller and all living entities are controlled. Both the Lord and the living entities are called nitya, eternal, and so are qualitatively one, yet the singular nitya, or the Supreme Lord, is the controller, whereas the plural nityas are controlled.
