- Our principle should be that we work for the mission with great enthusiasm, with certainty for its success, & patiently follow the RPs, & associate ourselves with pure devotees, & work being completely in KC, that will make us happy and successful
- Our program for Krishna Consciousness is solid, and backed by most authoratative literature--Bhagavad Gita, and Srimad Bhagwatam; there is no question of our not being popular to the world. Simply we have to present ourselves in true perspective
- Our service to Krsna is voluntary and we are interested only that He shall be pleased, not myself
- Our Society for Krishna Consciousness stands pledged to this philosophy, and I require strong men such as yourself for preaching this cult in this world

- Sankirtana is our life & soul. You have got a natural tendency for these Sankirtana performances. I have seen this personally. You can do it very nicely. For you the best thing will be to form a Sankirtana Party for yourself & travel all over the country
- Sannyasis should not be given any money. They should manage themselves and maintain themselves by taking small alms from different persons - not a lump sum from one person
- Search out in yourself whether that basic determination and faith in our Krsna consciousness program is strong in you, and whether if, by going here or going there or doing this or doing that, this determination and faith will be enhanced

- We are the cause of material bondage and freedom from material world. We are, ourself, the cause. There is no other cause. Simply we have to develop either this demonic characteristic or the divine characteristic

- Whenever we write something, we give immediately Vedic evidence. We give some Sanskrit verse. This means that we are not manufacturing ourself
- Whether you are making progress in Krsna consciousness you have to test yourself, whether you are decreasing your material desires. That's all
- Why should we identify ourself as animal - "I am Indian," "I am American," "I am Hindu," "I am Muslim," "I am this"? It is wrong type of civilization

- Yes, Krsna will give you strength, as you engage yourself in His service, "To those who are constantly devoted and worship Me with love, I give the understanding by which they can come to Me"
- You are a very sincere girl and that is the first qualification for developing love for Krishna. Now increase that sincerity more by engaging yourself whole-heartedly and with great enthusiasm for serving Krishna and love of Godhead will fructify

- You become a spiritual master under my order, under His order. Don't manufacture yourself. Under the order of Caitanya Mahaprabhu. That is called parampara system, one who is following in disciplic succession the order of Caitanya Mahaprabhu
- You big managers now try to train up more and more some competent preachers and managers like yourselves. Forget this centralizing and bureaucracy
- You can understand that I am very much depending on you to become very much convinced yourself of our Krishna philosophy and to take full responsibility for teaching others purely
- You don't require to labor and pay somewhere some five dollars, ten dollars, and practice this gymnastic. No. It is not possible. And as soon as you come out, you'll again engage yourself in all nonsense activities

- You have to prepare strong devotees, not import them. You yourself become strong devotees and teach others by your example. Importation is not a good plan; everyone should be strong by behavior and action
- You have to realize that Krsna is there, and you have to purify yourself by service attitude. Then Krsna will reveal. You will see, eye to eye
- You have to test yourself, out of the twenty-six qualities, how much I have developed
- You know this art, how to attract and engage men, so aim yourself at the top-class of men and give them every opportunity and facility to become convinced of our philosophy and engage themselves to their satisfaction. That will be the best contribution
- You may get yourself married, provided that you can meet the responsibility of grhastha life. If you marry you will have to work to provide for your wife and family and try to spend at least 50% for Krishna Consciousness

- Your idea of opening up an account, depositing in it, and sending me the monthly statements is very nice. I approve of your idea cent per cent. You have voluntarily put yourself under my control
- Your wife has left & you are feeling that it is all Krishna's mercy. That is nice attitude. So if that is how you are feeling & you are appreciating brahmachary life, then simply forget your wife & engage yourself wholeheartedly in devotional activities
