- A pure devotee of God does not ask anything for spiritual benefit. The pure devotee is fully surrendered unto the lotus feet of the Lord, and the Lord takes charge of him
- After his son grew up, Kardama Muni, being a strict follower of the Vedas, left home and put his wife in the charge of his grown son, Kapiladeva
- As stated in the Bhagavad-gita (18.66), the Lord at once takes charge of such a surrendered soul and frees him from all the reactions to his sinful acts
H
- He (God) is the controller of all three gunas. Lord Brahma, expressing his appreciation, said that because Lord Visnu had now taken charge of the activities of goodness, there was every hope that demigods would be successful in fulfilling their desires
- His (Brahma's) power is like the power of the sun reflected in valuable stones and jewels. When there is no such living being to take charge of the post of Brahma, the Lord Himself becomes a Brahma and takes charge of the post
K
- Kapiladeva was about twenty-five years old and was quite able to take charge of His mother, Devahuti. He knew that because His father left His mother in His charge, He should take care of her and always please her. Matuh priya-cikirsaya
- Krsna and Balarama, the Supreme Personalities of Godhead, who maintain the entire creation, now took charge of the calves as if cowherd boys - SB 10.11.45
- Krsna has taken charge of everyone, but especially yo tu bhajanti yam pritya tesu te mayi. Those who are devotee, for them special care
L
- Lord Visnu takes charge of persons who are advanced Krsna conscious Vaisnavas, and Lord Brahma takes charge of persons who are very much attached to material activities
- Lord Visnu, Lord Brahma, and Lord Siva have each taken charge of one of these modes - Lord Visnu of sattva-guna, Lord Brahma of rajo-guna, and Lord Siva of tamo-guna. Yet these three controllers are not under the influence of the gunas
S
- So if you are actually serious about Krsna, then Krsna will send you some of His representative and he will take charge of you. That is the process
- Sometimes, when there is a scarcity of living entities to take charge of Brahma’s post, Maha-Visnu expands Himself as Lord Brahma. This Brahma is not considered to be a living entity; He is an expansion of Visnu
T
- The most important demigods (devas) are Brahma, Siva & Visnu. In the beginning of the creation there is Lord Visnu, & from Lord Visnu, Brahma is born. From Lord Brahma, Lord Siva is born, & these three gods take charge of three modes of material nature
- The Supersoul instructs him (the living entity) to surrender unto the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The Lord then takes charge of the living entity
- There are qualitative incarnations such as Brahma, Visnu, and Siva (or Rudra) who take charge of the different modes of material nature
- There is no need for one to consider the sinful actions of his past life because the Supreme Lord fully takes charge of him. BG 1972 purports
- This is also confirmed in Bhagavad-gita. The Lord says that He takes charge of one who surrenders unto Him, and He makes him immune to all reactions to sinful activities
- This verse (SB 3.28.38) explains that the material body of a liberated soul is taken charge of by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. It is not acting due to the living force of the living entity; it is simply acting as a reaction to past activities
- To His (God's) devotee He says that instead of working in that way, it is better to surrender unto Him, for He will take charge of the devotee. That is the difference between a devotee and a fruitive actor
W
- We should have firm faith that the Lord is supreme and that if we surrender to Him, He will take charge of us and indicate how we can get out of material life and return home, back to Godhead
- When the Lord (Krsna) says that He takes charge of His pure devotee, He actually takes direct charge
- When the Lord says that He takes charge of His pure devotee, He actually takes direct charge - CC Preface
- When there is a scarcity of pious living beings, the Lord incarnates Himself as Brahma, Prajapati, Indra, etc., and takes up the charge
