Kṛṣṇa also says that even if you have fallen down, you will be given chance to take birth in a good family of a brāhmaṇa or in a rich family of vaiśyas. Śrīla Bhaktivinode Ṭhākura has explained these two words..., what is that? That a person, yoga-bhraṣṭaḥ. Śucīnāṁśrīmatāṁ gehe yoga-bhraṣṭaḥ sañjāyate ([[Vanisource:BG 6.41|BG 6.41]]).
