Prabhupada: Sarira-yatrapi ca te na prasiddhyed akarmanah (BG 3.8). If you sit idly, then you'll starve. Otherwise everything is there. You work little and get your all necessities. Eko yo bahunam vidadhati kaman (Katha Upanisad 2.2.13). That one person, God, He's supplying everyone, whatever necessities. You have to simply work little. That is material world. In the material world you have to work. And in the spiritual world there is no question of work. Whatever you require, you desire, everything is there. Cintamani-prakara-sadmasu kalpa-vrksa (BS 5.29). You get everything as soon as you desire it. You haven't got to work. That is spiritual world.
