CC Adi 4.203, Translation and Purport:
"The lotus-eyed Rādhārāṇī powerfully condemned the ecstatic love that caused a flow of tears that hindered Her sight of Govinda."
This verse is also from the Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu (2.3.54).
