- A great journey is indicated in this verse (BG 8.21). We have to be able to penetrate outer space, traverse the material universe, penetrate its covering, and enter the spiritual sky. Paramam gatim - that journey is supreme

- Vamanadeva will first occupy the three worlds with one step, then He will take His second step and occupy everything in outer space, and then He will expand His universal body to occupy everything. Where will you offer Him the third step?
- Vasudeva said, "The vast expanse of outer space rests in You (Krsna and Balarama)"

- When Krsna opened His mouth wide by the order of mother Yasoda, she saw within His mouth all moving and nonmoving entities, outer space, and all directions, along with mountains, islands - SB 10.8.37-39
- When the Battle of Kuruksetra was being concluded, in outer space there were present many demigods, siddhas, and the intelligentia of the higher planets, and they were observing the fight because Krsna was present there. BG 1972 purports

- Yasoda saw in Krsna's mouth the entire outer space in all directions, mountains, islands, oceans, seas, planets, air, fire, moon and stars. Along with the moon and the stars she also saw all the elements - water, sky and the extensive ethereal existence
- You have manufactured the Sputnik, flying in the outer space, but do you know that in spite of all wonderful mechanical arrangement of Sputnik or any machine, can it go on without any touch of a man? No
- You manifest Your different energies in countless forms:as all living entities, both moving and standing, including the demigods, the learned sages and the pitas; as outer space, as the higher planetary system containing the heavenly planets
