- Brahma, on being questioned by Narada, told Narada exactly what he had heard directly from the Lord. Narada again told exactly the same thing to Vyasa, and Vyasa also told Sukadeva exactly what he heard from Narada

- Narada asked him (Mrgari), "Why are you killing in this way?" And he said, "Oh, it is my business. My father taught it." So he was honestly doing that

- Narada Muni had asked how one could ignorantly defy one's own father. The Haryasvas understood the meaning of this question
- Narada Muni said, 'I do not want any of the skins. I am asking only one thing from you in charity'
- Narada Muni then asked the hunter, 'My dear Vaisnava, do you have some income for your maintenance?' The hunter replied, 'My dear spiritual master, whoever you send gives me something when he comes to see me'
- Narada questioned him that "So far we know, that you are the supreme, but you also sometimes meditate and worship somebody." So in that connection Brahma explained that "We are not supreme. We are all appointed agents"
- Narada told him to first break his bow; only then would he disclose the path of liberation. "You are asking me to break my bow," the hunter protested, "but if I break it, what will be the means of my livelihood?
- Narayana Rsi told Naradaji that the same question Naradaji had raised had been discussed in that meeting on Janaloka. This is the way of understanding through the parampara, or disciplic succession

- O greatly fortunate (Vyasadeva), pious philosopher, your name and fame are universal, and you are fixed in the Absolute Truth with spotless character and infallible vision. I (Narada) ask you to meditate upon the activities of the Personality of Godhead
- Of course, these were not ordinary sages sitting with Him, and the great sage Narada also appeared there. After offering his respects to Narayana Rsi, Narada asked Him exactly the same question King Pariksit asked Sukadeva Gosvami

- The benedictions offered by the demigods are all temporary. Therefore Narada Muni asked Dhruva Maharaja to follow the path recommended by his mother - to worship Krsna, Vasudeva. When Krsna offers anything, it is beyond the expectation of the devotee
- The cobbler began to weep, "Oh, my Lord is so wonderful, He can do anything." "Do you really believe that the Lord can push an elephant through the hole of a needle?" Narada asked
- The hunter said to Narada Muni: My dear sir, what are you asking of me? What is the difference between half-killing an animal and killing it completely

- When Dhruva Maharaja refused to accept the brahminical instruction of Narada Muni, naturally the next question would be what sort of instruction he wanted. So even before Narada Muni asked, Dhruva Maharaja expressed his heartfelt desire
- When Narada Muni questioned Lord Brahma about the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Brahma thanked Narada Muni for giving him a chance to speak about the Supreme Lord
