So Durvāsā Muni was a great yogī, Durvāsā Muni. And amongst all the yogīs, the bhakta-yogī, the devotee, is the greatest. That is stated in the Bhagavad-gītā:

:yoginām api sarveṣāṁ
:mad-gata āntarātmanā
:śraddhāvān bhajate yo māṁ
:sa me yuktatamo mataḥ
