Yasyātma-buddhiḥ kuṇape tri-dhātuke (SB 10.84.13). One who thinks that, "I am this body," he's no better than dog and cat. However nicely dressed he may be, he's a dog, he's a cat. That's all. No more than animal. Because he has no knowledge of his self.
