Prabhupāda: Kibā śūdra kibā vipra nyāsī kene naya, yei kṛṣṇa-tattva-vettā, tattva-vettā, sei guru haya (CC Madhya 8.128). He becomes spiritual master. It doesn't matter what he is. (BG 9.32)
