- The Lord descends to attract all by His specific transcendental pastimes, and thus He plays the part of the most perfect master, friend, son and lover
- The Lord exchanges transcendental relations in five ways, as proprietor, master, friend, son and lover, and in each of these pastimes He plays fully by the potency of yogamaya, the internal potency
- The Lord is known as Tryadhisvara, a name indicating His principal abodes - Gokula, Mathura and Dvaraka. These three abodes are full of opulences, and Lord Krsna is the master of them all

- Uddhava and Satyaki began to fan the Lord (Krsna) with decorated fans, and the Lord, as the master of Madhu, seated on scattered flowers, commanded them along the road
- Uddhava tells Vidura: "Lord Krsna is the master of the three modes of material nature. He is the enjoyer of all opulences, and therefore there is no one equal to or greater than Him."

- Vasudeva said, "You (Krsna and Balarama) are the master of this cosmic manifestation, and actually this manifestation is created for Your pastimes only"
- Vidyadhara continued, "You (Krsna) are the original SP of Godhead. You are the master of all devotees. You are the proprietor of all planetary systems, and therefore I am asking Your permission. You may accept me as fully surrendered unto You"

- When a Vaisnava listens to the Sariraka-bhasya, the Mayavada commentary upon the Vedanta-sutra, he gives up the Krsna conscious attitude that the Lord is the master and the living entity is His servant
- When Krsna became defeated, the other boys, they rose up and got up on the shoulder of Krsna, and Krsna had to carry them. So although Krsna is master, but He became a servant
- When Krsna feels fatigue, He lies down on the Yamuna and immediately His friends come. Somebody fans Him; somebody gives massage. Therefore He is the master
- When the demigods Nalakuvara and Manigriva finished their prayers, the child, Lord Krsna, the master and proprietor of Gokula, bound to the wooden grinding mortar by the ropes of Yasoda, smiled
- When the yoga performance is described, it is said that Krsna's name is yogesvara. No one can be a better yogi than the master of yoga, and Krsna is the master

- Within his mind (Kaliya), however, he finally began to understand that Krsna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and he surrendered unto Him. He realized that Krsna is the Supreme Lord, the master of everything

- Yet in spite of my knowing His desire (to destroy the dynasty), O Arindama (Vidura), I followed Him because it was impossible for me to bear separation from the lotus feet of the master
