- A devotee of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Vasudeva, knows everything (vasudevah sarvam iti (BG 7.19)) because Vasudeva, Krsna, includes both Paramatma and Brahman

- In some of the Vaisnava literatures it is found that sometimes, in His (Krsna's) form as Vasudeva, He becomes attracted to the form of Govinda in Vrndavana

- Lord Krsna, Vasudeva, the son of Vasudeva, is the original source of Lord Rsabhadeva. There is no difference in Their constitution, and consequently Lord Rsabhadeva awakened the loving symptoms of crying, laughing and shivering
- Lord Ramacandra took birth in the family of Maharaja Raghu. Therefore Lord Ramacandra is called Raghunatha, Dasarathi, as Krsna is called Vasudeva because He accepted Vasudeva as His father

- Sankaracarya says (sutra 42): devotees think the Supreme Personality of Godhead Vasudeva, Sri Krsna, to be one, to be free from material qualities & to have a transcendental body full of bliss & eternal existence. He is the ultimate goal of the devotees

- They (the jnanis) simply think of becoming free from the contamination of the material world, but because they do not take shelter at the lotus feet of Vasudeva their knowledge is impure. When they become pure they surrender to the lotus feet of Vasudeva
- This (Krsna is everything) enlightenment is attained by the great mahatmas or devotees, as it is stated in Bhagavad-gita (BG 7.19) that Vasudeva is all in all in everything and that there is no existence of anything without Vasudeva
- This conclusion (voidism or impersonalism) is useless for a Krsna conscious person. Only rarely by philosophical speculation can one reach the conclusion of worshiping Vasudeva, Krsna. This is confirmed in the Bhagavad-gita itself

- To be knowledgeable, one must understand his constitutional position and realize how he is suffering in this material world. That perfection of knowledge comes when one becomes vasudeva-parayanah, devoted to Lord Vasudeva
- To become absorbed in the transcendental name, quality, form and activities of the Supreme Person, Vasudeva, means to change the temper of the mind from matter to absolute knowledge

- Uddhava continued, "Your (gopis') minds are wonderfully absorbed in the thought of Vasudeva, Krsna. He is the goal of all pious activities and ritualistic performances"
- Understanding Vasudeva is real knowledge. By engaging in the devotional service of Vasudeva, Krsna, one acquires perfect knowledge and Vedic understanding. Thus one becomes detached from the material world. This is the perfection of human life
- Unless one associates with devotees, one cannot learn the science of vasudevarpana, or dedicating one's life to Vasudeva, Krsna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. In India the principles of this science were followed strictly
