Prabhupada:
- yasya deve para bhaktir

- tasyaite kathita hy arthah
- prakasante mahatmanah

This desire to serve guru is the qualification. Yasya deve para bhaktir yatha deve tatha gurau. In the spiritual life, this is the secret of success. Yasya deve para bhaktir yatha... In many places.
