- A man may have very good brain power, organization, but if he has no money - useless. So four things required: land, labor, capital, organization

- Maharaja Pariksit thus gave him (Kali) permission to live in a place where there is gold, because wherever there is gold there are all the above-mentioned four things (falsity, intoxication, lust, envy) and over and above them there is enmity also
- Modern scientists and philosophers do not think about these four things: birth, death, disease, and old age. They set them aside. - Oh, let us be happy. Let us enjoy this life

- One has to become Krsna conscious. Then everything will be adjusted. Not the mode of life should be changed. Little change. Just like we recommend that four things should be avoided: illicit sex, meat-eating, intoxication and gambling

- The four things are Kali's disciple, friends. So one friend is this meat-eating problem, the butchers, Kali's friends. And the liquor distiller, he's also Kali's friend. And the gamblers or the gambling house maintainer. And prostitute house maintainer
