- A devotee gives the nondevotees his association but is not affected by their misbehavior. Thus by the activities of a pure devotee even those who are bereft of love of Godhead get a chance to become devotees of the Lord one day

- The Earth personified continued, "He (Bhagadatta) has been very much affected by the ghastly situation created by the death of his father and has become very much confused and afraid"
- The enemy will be received as a guest, and this girl (Visokanya) will be engaged for looking after his comfort, and when they are friendly, as soon as the enemy will kiss the girl in the mouth, the poisonous effect will immediately affect
